It didn’t feel tight around the neck. They run true to size. I wear a 8 and bought the medium. I’m 5’1 and weigh 138. You can wear these for yoga or long John’s (which is what I do. I have worn the bottoms with a long sweatshirt out and feel comfortable. They keep you warm. When it comes to comfort they are the Best Buy!
