Reached out to seller (Deco Frame TVs) directly via their website which was very easy as they have live chat support during regular business hours. Support was able to confirm that our installation was fine and wound up sending us a pair of Alloy Locking Tabs free of charge – these are optional / not necessary if your frame is latching fine, but if you have a bottom corner that's being tricky, these add additional support for latching.
