Bought this gold panning kit for kids and it ended up being a really fun, hands-on activity. It’s easy to use, keeps their attention, and feels more educational than just another toy. Great for outdoor play or a learning activity, and it gave them something different to do that didn’t involve screens. They find “gold” all the time now.

Purchased for my 6 year old grandson and we spent hours with just a small portion picking out the fools gold . He loves grabbing each piece with the tweezers included

There were a couple of pieces that were Much larger than the rest but could easily fit on a dime with more than half the room to spare. 99% of the fools gold you'll pick out isn't much larger than the sand it sits in. My son has picked out what he could and is ready for the sleuthing, but I ended up spending another 20 dollars getting a few fools gold pieces to hide among the dirt to make it worthwhile. I highly recommend doing the same. The magic for the kiddos, finding the gold!
