I've been using Sotek cartridges for several years. They have worked well and are a great value. The ratio of three black cartridges for one set of colored cartridges is perfect for my rate of use. Recently I had one cartridge not work and Sotek was quick to replace it - Thanks!

I have been buying ink from Sotek for years upon years and have only ever had one cartridge not work and it was replaced without hassle. I once switched to a cheaper vendor and several cartridges did not work. Because I didn't use it until a few days after the return was allowed I was stuck with it.Sotek is reliable, cost effective and fair. I will continue buying from them for as long as my printer needs ink.

The ink had no trouble sinking with my printer. The printer however noticed the off brand and mentioned that the quality of off name brand ink may not be as efficient. The printed pages so far are about a 90% satisfactory rate for my printing needs. It is worth the money to buy this ink if you are looking for a large discount with decent quality prints.

I used these originally on HP Photosmart 3300 Wireless Printer and later on my new Espon XP-440 Wireless Printer. For the most part, the Ink Carts all work like a dream, and they sent a good amount for the cost too. But then...*WARNING*The issue comes down to HP itself sadly. Because these are 3rd Party Ink Carts, the HP printers will automatically assume they are counterfeit, and will block the printing of them. In some cases, the program will even stop anything you are printing in the middle of the process and state the "the following ink cartridge is a counterfeit and has caused issues to your printer, please remove it with an official HP Certified Ink Cartridge". After taking my printer thinking it was jammed to a professional PC repair man, he then told me this scheme they do, and that both the printer and ink carts were fine.It also goes to mention that I used these on my (still new technically) Espon XP-440 Wireless printer currently, and there has been no issues like the HP Printer claimed since the last 3 weeks.So in all, use these, but be careful when using them on any HP Printers, and they might purposely brick the printer to make you buy the expensive real brand Inks. I used to buy my HP ink cartridges for my HP Phot6osmart 7520. The cost was horrific, close to $100 for 5 cartridges. I decided to try Sotek comparable ink cartridges with the fear that it might not work. To my surprise, everything was perfect and running smoothly.. The cost was a fraction of what I used to pay, and I received not one, but TWO SETS of cartridges. Now, I can use my printer all I want without worrying about the money. Thank you.

It’s nice to have a printer at home with ink refills on hand. Used to order brand name ink for my HP Photosmart but it was VERY expensive. If we didn’t use the printer on a regular basis the ink would dry and not print properly anyway.Been using this brand for a few years now and they are so affordable that it’s ok if they stop working properly & I have to replacement them. Since they are so affordable I print more than I used to when I was buying the expensive refills.

I have bought this before and been very happy. I just tried the first cartridge in the new box and it will not snap in. It appears identical to the one I removed. I hoped it was just one bad cartridge. I opened a second one and it doesn't snap in either. I hope Otek sees this and steps up. I needed to print something tonight. Now I have no option but to send it to the Fed EX store and drive 5 miles and hope I can get it printed before they close

* update below due to user error * All inks worked but the black cartridge did not fit my HP printer. The cartridge is to thin to fit. I'm not wasting my time sending them back. I purposefully added the picture of my printer to show the description of the product included the printer I have. *Update* Received an email asking me to check my box for the thicker cartridges. I thought all the black was the same size. I found 2 thin 4 thicker cartridges. Will upgrade to 5 stars.
