Green Pan is a Great Pan!
Green Pan has a great reputation. Nice size for single cooking or a multi-meal in a pan. They will last a long time if you never use metal metal utensils. One scratch and it's the beg. of the end. Washes easily. Food slides right off onto the plate. Nice in the Blue color.

Off gassing
Nice and light wash well but the chemical smell lingered so I will replace them. I was looking for non toxic

Not durable
I bought these pans 8 weeks ago. They have been used frequently but not everyday. No metal utensils have been used and they have only been washed by hand. The large pan has multiple scratches in the ceramic coating. Do not buy if you want something that lasts!

These are the best pans I have owned. Nothing sticks, not even burt milk or cheese.
