It doesn’t mix very well tbh, not when I stir it nor in the blender bottle. Regardless of how much I mix it, it’s always gritty. The flavor itself is good though just too sweet but I still feel great, haven’t noticed any good or bad differences between this and the last creatine I bought. I’m giving it 4 stars because it tastes good, does what it’s supposed to, and most importantly it’s affordable.

Too sweet for me. I had to get another brand without flavor. Didn’t see any results after use for over a month consistently and I work out regularly and never took creatine before this

Great creatine overall. It mixes easily, tastes good (Blue Raspberry), and really helps with strength, endurance, and recovery. I’ve noticed better performance in workouts and improved muscle fullness. Solid quality with 50 servings — definitely a good value.
