Great item to have
Fell and tore my meniscus and this was fabulous! It flattens out and is moldable when frozen so I can also use it for my lumbar or any area. Effective, perfect size, soft and comfortable, stays cold for a long time.

Great item for knee joint pain and swelling
This is a great product. I had knee surgery and this fits perfectly. Easy to put on and adjustable for comfort. The compression is adjustable with how tight you wrap it around the knee

Feel like a nice cold compress
These are great for knees. I love that they are gel like and that they wrap around the whole knee. The elastics are also feast and really hold it securely in place. Feels like a nice icy compression situation. What I don’t love is that it gets warm in about 20 min and the side that faces skin is too cold for bare skin. You have to wrap in a towel or something. It does have a felt lining on the other side (I assume to help retain coldness) but it would be nice if it were on both sides

SO VALUABLE for pain!
Where was this when I had my knee replacement? Ordered for 2 friends having knee replacements and the Love It. A game changer because you can walk with this on and not be restricted like a normal ice pack.

Worked well
Worked well. Straps are strong and long enough to accommodate a second ice pack (not included) to the back of my knee as well.

Knee relief
This is a lot better than a bag of ice that is going to get things wet. The cool gel last about 20-30 min, that’s pretty much what is recommended, it’s easy to walk around when it’s strapped properly.

Won't Stay in Place While Walking With It On
More convenient than using ice packs and fine while sitting with my leg propped up. But, it gets warmer faster than the gel ice packs I have and it won't stay in place if I walk around with it on, regardless of how tight I have the straps.

85-year-old approves!
So far my 85 year old mother loves her new large ice packs for her knees. She's had knee replacement surgery and this product is giving her a great deal of relief.
