Is this a waterproof sealant as well?** A: In principle Sikaflex®-552 AT can be used for this type of caravan application provided common sense design rules are applied. However, cable entry glands are normally a rubber type material and achieving a bond to this can be difficult. It’s important some tests are performed with the chosen sealant on the substrates to ensure a good bond can be achieved and no other effects to the substrates are observed.
