My favorite filled filament
7% RH out of the bag, prints exceptionally well with great layer adhesion. Surface finish is startlingly good with a slower (40-60mm/s) speed. Definitely print some test pieces to get a feel for moisture absorption and expansion.

Impressive stuff
This is impressive stuff. I am designing motorized equatorial telescope mounts and needed a material that is rock solid for some of the parts. After much consideration I settled on the PA612-CF and it has performed well. I am using an A1mini with a glass bed and glue stick. With a little trial and error, I got my temps set. Then a flow calibration dialed in perfect prints. I actually have to use a metal scraper to get the prints to release. To get more out of this filament I anneal everything at 90ยฐC for at least 6 hours. To compensate for shrinkage, since I am printing precision parts, I increase X and Y axes to 100.10% and Z axis to 100.50%.

This is as close as you'll get to mythril ore if you think about it
This stuff is more invincible than an early 90's Nokia, I made replacement motor Mount brackets for an ad5m I'm rebuilding did an initial anneal on grate inside a cheap crock pot but stopped it early since I was headed to bed and had some sand coming in the next day to pack the parts into, on day two I took the cooled mounts packed em in, started it up and completely forgot about them for about 12 hours at which point I came running back to see the temp sitting at 200c all the way through from top to bottom, I thought I screwed em up but a little test coin I leave on the top of the sand to serve as an easy visual for too damn hot was still holding shape so I cut the power on it and came back the next day after everything's fully cooled to find out they turned out perfect (I chopped the coin to see what insides should be like and it's consistent with a full re melt internally ) not even any major shrinkage or anything (they where a tight fit pre anneal and somehow kept the same fit after.) oh you also get a lot of filament for the weight since it's a pretty light material 750g looks like 1kg of other stuff

Prints really well
This filament prints really well. No bed adhesion issues (inside enclosure) when only heated to 50c on glacier plate or Bambu engineering plate. There's not a lot of information on their website for recommended settings. They do have profiles available for download for many printers. My printer wasn't one of them so, I opened a profile in notepad and transferred the settings to my slicer. It'll print at high speed (300+) but the quality suffers greatly. Printing slow delivers great results. Strong parts with nice finish. It won't feed through my AMS or AMS HT. The gears just grind the filament. It's very stiff. I found success using the AMS HT bypass port and the TPU feed assist. This combination works great!

Started out OK, but he quality dropped.
I ran about 7 spools of this material. After the first 2, the consistency dropped so much, that I had used up most of a spool just dialing things in. I had measurements varying from 1.70mm to 1.82, which really made getting extrusion rates and just feeding the material a PITA. I have since switched to US made suppliers with much better results. (and no, it was dried, following their guidance, in an oven, in a print workshop environment. Run from a polymaker drybox as well)

Easy to print
Easy to start printing with and had quality bed adhesion, maybe too much bed adhesion. The only issue Iโm having is on me and that is it quickly clogged the printerโs nozzle. I suggest purging the filament before it cools if youโre using a high flow nozzle. It came tightly wound and fairly dry making setting up printing take a short time.

Perfect for anything that needs to last
My go to for anything that needs to take some wear and tear. Polymaker has always been consistent and will always use their products.

unexpectedly easy to print PA
perfect quality. it came dry (only 12% humidity), it prints really easy, just almost like pla. no warping, no bed adhesion problems at all. It is not like any other PA I tried to use before.

Best Filament ever! My go too.
This is my go too filament! I use it mostly in a Qidi Plus 4 but even use it in my Siboor Trident custom built printer and never get failed prints. I make airsoft gear/plates, alot of printer parts, boat parts and RC parts. This stuff just works with minimal setting adjustments.

If strength is what you looking forโฆ
I used the product to make RC steering component and it seems to be working so far. The pricing is steep compared to other filament but carbon reinforced material never is.

Quality Mediocre
The quality is mediocre at best: 1) material quality - as you can see there's a notch out of the material, good thing I caught this early as I was loading the spool. I believe this is what caused my 20hr print to fail, from previous spool, at the 10hr mark as it pulled the spool to one side and material stopped extruding. 2) the cardboard spool is lacklustre - mostly inconsistent diameters and finishes cause a lot of racking in the AMS and sitting at slight angles. But... its half the price of bambu CF filaments, so roll the dice at your own risk.

Very disappointed, Not suitable for anything requiring strength.
I removed a very positive review for PA612-CF to leave a very negative one for ASA-CF08. Despite these being different products Amazon redirected my to append my prior review so here we are. I use a lot of polymaker filaments, and my main filament is ASA. The Asa-cf08 is very disappointing. It's the weakest filament I've ever printed. It's extremely brittle, I printed a hotend shroud which turned out so weak I was unable to tighten the screws, the heads just ripped through the holes with almost no force. Mounting the hotend was impossible for the same reason. I was considering using this material for a new printer build but it's totally unsuitable. The finished prints feel almost like styrofoam and are about as strong. I bought two spools and thinking that one one bad I figured I try the other. Unfortunately both performed the same. Very disappointed!
