Good mini Computer, bought 3 pieces in the future considering getting more to our office. Worth for the money.

on the website it mentions up to 32Gb ram and 2Tb nvme, why are those options not offered. A manual of the firmware (aka bios) configuration would be helpful as well. Once installed it works very well, it came with something installed but I did not try to use it as it was not linux based anyway.

The specifications are exactly as described, we are using it as a media center and it works amazingly well. The PC starts up very fast and performs very well for regular tasks without any delay or lag. Highly recommended.

Used for three weeks and now keeps shutting down without any reason. The return window is closed, so I can’t return or replace it. Waste of money

Good hardware specs for my daily use and working fine so far. Good replacement for a desktop CPU if you do not require a very high end hardware. Very compact and portable, connected it to a good quality 27 inch monitor. You will have to check with the local laptop/computer repair shop if something goes wrong. They do not have service centers in UAE, we will have to ship it back to China for all warranty and repair works.

Purchased in August 2025. Very happy with the product when running. However, after just 6 months, one of the units has developed a fault. It appears that the USB controller has shorted, meaning none of the USB ports work anymore. Very disappointing. I am now worried the other two will develop the same fault.

First. I read all the one star reviews. I am in technology so I know that give a piece of electronics to a carrier and a number of things can happen on its way to Florida from China. Second. Most electronics, if they are going to fail, will fail in the first 90 days. This is due to a number of reasons, most dealing with shipping. Failures can happen if quality control does not catch loose items, loose parts or dirt that can have a devastating effect on IC boards. Third. This device had a number of complaints, but some I liken to trying to please all the people all the time. All this said, this little box is a great machine for me. It's clock speed, graphics specs, ports, SDD HD (which I augment with a 4 TB Seagate HD), and processor make it a sound investment. I read about the problems with customer service -- but all that said -- I bought the 3 year extended warrantee for 40 dollars. Call it peace of mind. and a second organization in my corner if I have to do battle with Trigkey or Amazon for a replacement.
