Sleep comfort and support
Awesome comfort brought great sleep and TV watching. It was delivered to my door. I trucked it in my bedroom unpacked it easily and it loaded to it's shape and size all on it's own. We wrapped it in our sheets and have been sleeping like we are supposed to sleep. Great buy that'll last us awhile.

Got 3 weeks out of this then woke up in a moon crater!!
UPDATED I had to come back and change my review due to mattress after 3 weeks of use. I did set up the mattress like I read. I EVEN waited 3 days before sleep on it. This mattress was great for just over 3 weeks. Then I slowly noticed in 2 to 3 days I woke up deeper and deeper in the moon crater in the center of the bed. I only weigh 139.4 lbs @ 5' 7"and had to sleep on the very edge of the mattress playing cliffhanger! Im very disappointed! I didnt have any issues at first and then it just happened so fast the mattress just failed. Im sorry Serta but OMG I never thought a company like your would fail with a good reputation with proper set up. Id SAY stay clear of this sleeptrue mattress and buy maybe a lot higher teir of Serta or Simmons. Amazon took care of me very very good with pick up and getting my refund fast to put into another mattress. I pray this new one now is worth it just over $1k. Im gonna give Serta another shot on their high teir Perfect Sleeper Ultimate 14.5" Firm Pillow Top Oasis.

Frustrated by the fluff of mattress store sales tactics, so I looked at AMZ & found this dream mattress!! Goldilocks approved... #justright Order & delivery were a cinch - UPS driver did the heavy lifting. Mattress is packaged well in a tiny box. Make sure you have plenty of space for opening the box & removing the packaging!! Air out for 2-3 days, cover with normal bedding, and enjoy your first good night's sleep. You won't want to leave the bed! 12" is the perfect size & the hybrid construction offers unbelievable comfort. Regular-queen linens fit perfectly. Mattress-in-a-Box is a strange concept till you realize how much sense it makes. Cut out the 'middle-man' and order directly from AMZ Prime. Serta is a classic brand for a reason - hi-quality product for a fair price & years of construction experience.
