These work great. The only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) is that it gets itchy after a little while. I’ve started wearing them at night though, and that seems to fix the issue.

Not sure how much iron I’m actually absorbing but the patches themselves are crap. They don’t adhere to skin well at all. I even shaved my super light lady hair on my shoulder and they still fall off after an hour or so.

I tend to get low iron thanks to PCOS and these patches seemed to have helped with this struggle! I haven't had my blood drawn since starting the patches but I do see a slight change in energy and my typical craving for red meat is lessened, so I am confident my levels are where they should be. Additionally, the patches are comfortable to wear and are comfortable to peel off, while also not so easy to take off that they come off on their own. Definitely give them a try if you need a little boost like I do!
