Hit Ajvar, Pelagonia
Für mich unschlagbar. Dass Auberginen und Paprika gegrillt wurden, schmeckt man. Die Schärfe ist vorhanden, verschwindet aber auch schnell - vergleichbar mit Pfefferoni. Schärfempfindlich: nehmt den Normalen. Du magst es scharf: ganz easy und nahezu ideal, weil man jederzeit dae Gemüse schmeckt. Nicht verwirren lassen, in den Gläsern ist immer eine entsprechend stückige Konsistenz drin, unabhängig welchen man nimmt.

Pikant und gut
Fand durch dieses mazedonische Produkt endlich ein Aivar, welches geschmacklich zu überzeugen weiß! Alle anderen bisher von mir probierten Erzeugnisse waren viel zu neutral und zu mild. Dieses hat wirklich eine pikante und angenehme Note - ausgezeichnet, werde es wieder kaufen!
