If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

I've been using these knee straps for running and gym workouts, and they've made a noticeable difference in reducing discomfort around my patellar tendon.
