If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

I liked that the material is lightweight yet durable, they don’t slip easily, and they can be worn for hours without discomfort. I really liked these knee straps. They are comfortable, easy to adjust, and provide excellent support during workouts, walks, or even daily activities.
