Not shabby especially for volleyball!
If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

Works, but tight!
These helped with my knee pain. However, after a while, it felt like my blood flow was being cut off. And before you side-eye me, I have really skinny legs and knees LOL Like, I feel like these are for a child’s knees.

Good Support and Comfortable to Wear
I’ve been using these knee straps for walks and some light exercise, and they’ve been working well for me. They provide good support around the knee and help make certain movements more comfortable without feeling too tight. I also like that they stay in place and don’t constantly need adjusting.
