Just as pictured. Beautiful, smooth, jade stone. I was also impressed by the packaging and the cleaning cloth as well. Nice touch. A little extra effort works great to drain my lymph nodes. I have an autoimmune condition and my lymph nodes even swell up drastically from eating inflammatory foods let alone an illness like a cold or flu so I am super happy with this product. Would recommend.
