It is a good product and packaged really prettily with small touches like a note. Comes with a leaflet with a clear set of instructions on recipe and photos of how to recognize what can go wrong on leaflet etc. Since climate conditions differ between Kerala & Delhi - I called up the helpline which connects to the owner of the company who spent 20 mins and clarified all doubts. I also whatsapped them as I started my first batch and they provided further hand-holding. They also clarified the ingredients such as type of water they use for starter tea and how they make the scoby and what acceptable colours are for scoby. This is the bit that sets this seller apart from other products...they will have great success with this helpful attitude towards consumers...more power to such small businesses. My Kombucha batch came out quite nice and you get the hang of it once you start brewing it regularly and also modify it to your tastes & needs. You can easily modify sugar content if you want by letting it ferment more and taste more tart vinegary. It's easy to make and you can add flavour like use ginger or lemon and is value for money vs buying expensive packaged kombucha which tastes very sweet too and a good substitute to unhealthy drinks.

The product was great in a healthy manner. Given instructions were easy to follow and even if you have any issues during the brewing the seller will help you through it and made my brewing that much easier for the very first time. The price of the product is also good for the one-time investment in such a healthy product, it was worth every penny. It's been a week since I have started brewing my first ever batch and it is coming out really well meaning the quality of the scoby and the starter was really good as I'm able to see SCOBY on top of my Kombucha within the week even if I'm in Delhi. I'll start taste testing starting today itself as the seller has guided me through the whole process. The biggest help of the seller is the guidance throughout the process, or I would've been lost and my brew a lost cause. So yes, must buy from them if you really want to learn and go right in the first brew itself and a guide though it all. Loved every moment form getting my own SCOBY to have a baby SCOBY I'm supper excited and have a great love for the outcome.

Received kombucha scoby and starter in a neatly and nicely packed box in May 2025. It was sufficient to make two litre of Kombucha and an additional new scoby initially. I used 1.5 litre kombucha tea and then used old & new scoby and 500 ml kombucha tea to make a fresh batch of a gallon (4 litre) of Kombucha. Now, there is no stopping and I have made 10 batches of a gallon each of kombucha which I gifted to my neighbours and friends. I also experimented flavouring the kombucha with juices of fresh Litchi, Mango, Lemon, Apple & cinnamon during secondary fermentation in polypet bottles and it turned out fizzy and tasty. Some friends liked unflavoured kombucha much. Will infuse Ginger in my next batch. For a retired man like me It is a good pastime and it not only gives us a healthy probiotic drink but also gives an immense pleasure while sharing it with near & dear in a nicely packed and labelled glass bottle. I finally brewed my own kombucha successfully! I contacted the seller even before buying the product because I had a lot of questions and wasn't confident if this would work out for me. The seller patiently answered all my questions and even guided me with what kind of jars I needed for home brewing. I did not want to do the second stage fermentation so seller suggested that I could try continuous brewing as that matches better with my goals. I have been doing continuous brewing for a while now and I am very satisfied by the whole experience. This is an excellent product and the seller is exceptional.
