good product for small children. my baby girl loved it

liner spring got broken of the atroller. I contacted the luvlap customer support and got a call back from support. He had a video call and after looking at the issue made a request for new frame at 0 cost. I got a new frame within 2 days and with the help of video assistant, I reassembled the stroller. That prompt action and replies and responses was really great. I highly recommend luvlap stroller to those who are looking for their new ones.

I would have liked to give a 5 star rating for this product. However, on one occasion, the cotter pin which holds the rear wheel in the axle, came out and the wheel fell out. Thankfully my baby was safe, but the cotter pin was lost. As such I could not affix the wheel back on to the axle. I then contacted Luvlap customer service and Ritwika was kind enough to arrange replacement cotter pins and washers: Thanks Ritwika! I am 100% happy with the after sales service. However, I'm not entirely confident about the product design as the cotter pin could potentially come out again, resulting in the wheel coming off when pushing the stroller on rough roads. I think this design aspect needs to be looked into. Otherwise, the product is good, although on the heavier / bulkier side. I hope there will be no further issues and look forward to using it again. Good product and good service for installing and customer friendly service for doubt clearing

I had high expectations for this stroller, but it has been a disappointing purchase. The biggest issue is how heavy it is. Carrying it, especially while traveling or getting it in and out of a car, is very inconvenient. It also creates unnecessary stress during airport security check-ins and while boarding flights. Folding and unfolding it quickly in crowded airports is difficult, and its weight makes it exhausting to handle along with luggage and a baby. Even after folding, it remains bulky, making travel much less convenient than expected. Another frustrating issue is transportation. Several cab drivers have been reluctant to accept the ride because the folded stroller still occupies a lot of boot space, and fitting it into smaller cars can be a challenge.

I just bought the LuvLap Galaxy Stroller, and my first impression has been very positive. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy and well-built, and the quality is impressive for the price. The stroller looks stylish, moves smoothly, and my baby seems comfortable in it. I also liked the spacious storage basket and the easy folding mechanism, which makes it convenient for everyday use. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it more. It seems like a great value-for-money stroller.

Quality could be better. Quite challenging to assemble it fully. The instructions weren’t very clear. It dismantles everytime we fold it. The handle bar functions arent easy to use. Plastic broke while we are manoeuvring it. Belt doesn’t work well since new. I bought this just to support Indian business, otherwise there are better products in the Uk
