I would have liked to give a 5 star rating for this product. However, on one occasion, the cotter pin which holds the rear wheel in the axle, came out and the wheel fell out. Thankfully my baby was safe, but the cotter pin was lost. As such I could not affix the wheel back on to the axle. I then contacted Luvlap customer service and Ritwika was kind enough to arrange replacement cotter pins and washers: Thanks Ritwika! I am 100% happy with the after sales service. However, I'm not entirely confident about the product design as the cotter pin could potentially come out again, resulting in the wheel coming off when pushing the stroller on rough roads. I think this design aspect needs to be looked into. Otherwise, the product is good, although on the heavier / bulkier side. I hope there will be no further issues and look forward to using it again. I had high expectations for this stroller, but it has been a disappointing purchase. The biggest issue is how heavy it is. Carrying it, especially while traveling or getting it in and out of a car, is very inconvenient. It also creates unnecessary stress during airport security check-ins and while boarding flights. Folding and unfolding it quickly in crowded airports is difficult, and its weight makes it exhausting to handle along with luggage and a baby. Even after folding, it remains bulky, making travel much less convenient than expected. Another frustrating issue is transportation. Several cab drivers have been reluctant to accept the ride because the folded stroller still occupies a lot of boot space, and fitting it into smaller cars can be a challenge.

The product is sturdy and have good cushioning which is good for baby's comfort. However, since it is heavy and big, it is not folding with one hand and sometimes not very comfortable for the parent to move it . Built wise it is good. I use it only for walking the baby nearby so don't have experience for its ease while travelling. It was stuck sometimes, but I got customer care support from LuvLap and the issue was resolved.

We bought this stroller few months ago but started using it recently. While using it, we realized that the front pair of tires on the right side are of different size. The item could not be returned and I contacted the customer support to report the issue. To my surprise, the support person helped me out with immediate replacement of the tires. The replacement was dispatched and I received it in 3 days. The stroller is sturdy enough to carry the baby and is priced reasonably. Special thanks to the customer support (Salma Yasmin) for the prompt response and solving the issue. Manish
