I'm pretty suspicious of fly-by night supplement companies but there aren't a lot of paraxanthine options. This brand uses the patented ingredient at least, and the other brands using the patented version are all around the same price. Generally pricing, dosage, etc. are controlled by the patent holder, so there's at least a little more assurance that it is what it's supposed to be. The only brand I found that was cheaper didn't have the patented version and had some dodgy reviews, like clearly being shipped yellow capsules of some mystery powder (paraxanthine is white). I have a love/hate relationship with caffeine and coffee, it builds up tolerance fast and isn't great for my blood pressure, etc. It can also make be feel weirdly off, or paradoxically super tired and need to shut down. Coffee in particular has a bunch of other bioactive like beta-carbolines, etc.... that might be why I react badly sometimes. Paraxanthine critics say that it's just what coffee mostly metabolises into anyway, but my experience taking this is that I get the clearheadedness of caffeine without the jitters, speediness, runaway noradrenaline, paradoxical crashes, etc., and it combines well with stimulating supplements without sending my heart rate and blood pressure way up. It's both subtle and not... pretty smooth with no major crash. Like caffeine, it does build a tolerance, though not as dramatically. If you have a heavy caffeine tolerance these might not do the trick for you... if you're switching from caffeine taking a little tolerance break first might be good. The price feels a little high, but it's cheaper than a purchased cup of coffee by a longshot.

We use this very occasionally, particularly when we have long days with periodic work events--sometimes from morning until late at night. I tend to be sensitive to caffeine and end up tired-wired at night if I over consume. So I usually limit myself to no more than a cup of two in the morning, before 11am. Now, for this product, the instructions say no more than two capsules per day. I can take one in the morning and one around 3pm, and it feels like steady, non-jittery energy. And I've not had problem settling down at night. Not sure I'd be taking these every day, but for occasional use for energy and alertness needs, I like them a lot.

I use a different drink mix that has paraxanthine in it and I liked the clean energy so thought I would buy these to give an additional boost of focused energy. I like the pick me up with these and it's not like caffeine where you get jittery or later have energy levels crash. My only ding is the price is pretty high per capsule. I would like a larger sized jar that will last for 3 months vs. this one that only lasts 3 or 4 weeks. It's a bit of a splurge to buy these but the do work to give focus and clean energy so overall I like the product.

Ordered these a few times and noticed that each time I received a bottle with a cotton ball in it (instead of the desiccant tabs) that the quality was horrible, and there were no noticeable effects at all Other shipments were fine. So, it's a 50 percent chance of wasting your money on this

I've been using Vita Bloom Labs Enfinity Paraxanthine Capsules while taking accelerated 8-week college courses, and I'm currently on my second bottle. They've been a huge help with staying focused during long lectures and study sessions. I still enjoy drinking coffee from time to time, but this supplement has helped me rely on less caffeine while staying productive. Through trial and error, I've found what works best for me: a maximum of two espresso shots with one capsule, or one espresso shot with two capsules spread out over the day. One thing I learned is to stay hydrated while taking these. Overall, it's been a great addition to my routine and has helped me keep up with the demands of accelerated college classes!

The bottle came through the mail melted/crushed. The capsules were still intact. However I have taken these 3 times and felt nothing. These are useless and ship in poor quality
