I have twin 13 yr old girls, will they fit ?

The gloves were a bit big on my 10yr old. I'm sure they'd fit a 13yr old better. The LED lights make up for any size malfunction.

Will they fit on a 3 year old?

They were big for the 9 yr old I gave them to. But she loves them .

I have a ten year old boy, will they fit him?

They should fit him fine. My 6 year old grandson wears them. They are too big for him, but they are management, so I would think that they would fit a 10 year old boy well.
