Worked for my e90 key battery replacement

Batteries did not work they were dead
Received batteries, batteries did not have a charge

Not in manufacturer packaging and not fully charged.
Batteries do not come in manufacturer packaging as shown in photo; instead, they are loose and sent in bubble wrap. Moreover, one of the two bastteries did not work and the one that did work had a very low charge whereas not enough charge to even open my locked door.

Save You money!! They don't charge!
I installed the batteries in a BMW key fob and they are totally dead after 3 weeks!! Not charging what so ever!!
