Opthalmologist suggested my husband start taking these due to a possiblity of his retina detaching. Taking these vitamins have helped his eye health and the doctor was pleased with his improvement. I am taking them, too, just in case.

They come as gel caps and don’t have any taste. I got them on recommendation from my opthamologist to help prevent macular degenerative from progressing. I now use Areds 2 which is an updated version

These are the only brand of eye vitamins that I will buy. They are reasonable in price. They are small in size and easy to swallow. Will buy again.
