A proper visible keyboard!
Needed to replace my old Nokia 3310, as only 3g. This 3210 is 4g. I have started a new account, new number, fresh start. Does all I need. I especially like these Nokia phones as they have a proper keyboard which is so much easier to use for oldies like me!

Far from perfect
Even when locked the phone started calling 999 or 112 for no apparent reason until I added a second sim card which I otherwise could have done without. Also, searching the contacts for those beginning "W", for instance, it listed all those with "w" in the name...a long list as I cannot see a way of making it show just the sim contacts or the phone contacts, rather than both together. After every battery charge I have to reset the power saving mode. Just recently the torch has begun switching itself on, even with the phone locked. Don't get me started on the extremely loud and irritating (and totally unnecessary) welcome jingle, although I presume this feature is not unique to this particular model.

Lovely little phone… But!!!
I would give the phone 5 stars for thd fact it is a remake of the phone from the late 90’s early 2000’s but there is one massive issue…. The Nokia cannot connect to wifi!We need wifi calling where we live so j fortunately the phone wasn’t much good but it is stashed for times when we need a phone that doesn’t need WiFi. There is nothing wrong with the phone it’s self, but where we live… wifi is a massive factor.

Useless as an mp3 player - HMD refuse to remedy via update!
When listening to music on this device via earphones (wired or wireless), the lowest volume setting of 1/9 is absolutely deafening. This is not an issue that affects only the occasional device; it is an issue that HMD refuse to remedy or even comment on. Myself and countless others experience the issue - which a quick Google will confirm. HMD customer service are also useless, instructing you to factory reset, which will not work but will serve to delete your important data. They will then tell you to simply return the device and tactfully avoid acknowledging it as a widespread issue or committing to remedy it in future updates. If it’s important to you to have a dumb phone with an mp3 player, look elsewhere. HMD are riding on the coat tails of the Nokia that was.

Basic phone but ideal for my needs.
No real Internet access, no Wi-Fi, for use with a talk and text SIM only. Ideal for my daughter to take to school.

Feels very cheaply made. Don't expect the solid Nokia quality of the 90s
Feels very cheaply made. It is nowhere near as good as the original Nokia phones.
