I have 2 3220's, one for working in the office, and one for working at home. They've seen a lot of wear and tear, and the foam pads that they came with were deteriorating, so this was ideal. This pack came with 4 pads, so I could do both pairs, and they also came with 4 covers for the microphone boom. The ear pads were easy to fit, and fit the headset perfectly. The 3220 doesn't come with a boom cover, it doesn't really need one, but I added it anyway, giving me some extra protection to the microphone, although it's not really needed. Because the mic isn't really designed for a cover, it does come off quite easily, and is easy to knock, so going forward, I probably won't use that element, but the ear pads are good. They're more comfortable than the foam pads that come with the 3220, and are easy to wipe down, so good for keeping them clean and hygenic too.

These are well padded and fit my headsets great.

As expected

These are a very tight fit and a little hard to get on, but once in place they do the job.

I bought the wrong size but they are great

They fit my headphone perfectly. You get 2 sets and microphone covers as well. I only needed the ear covers but nice to have the other as well.
