Kids love it. Marbles do break but the Company stands by its products.
I loved the idea of this marble run. We have purchased several other Duplo compatible marble run sets over the years. When we first bought one they were really only just a couple of options and the options didn’t really come with a lot of fancy pieces or anything. Now you can get all kinds of cool gadgets for it. Anything from multiple different kinds of ramps to animal shaped pieces and now elevators even. It keeps getting better and better. FYI the xylophone piece Pictured is from a company named “grabhappy”. My kids absolutely love it, with all of the variety we have now and all the different pieces they can literally spend hours building these runs and I love it. They get to use their imaginations and creativity and problem-solving skills and they get to do it in a way that is fun for them and rewarding when they finally get done with their creations and they can drop the marbles down. There is in my opinion only just one notable drawback to this product which have me taking away one star.. This set uses the same plastic marbles that every other set uses I believe. They are not good. They come disassembled in halves, you must smash them together yourself.. which is ok, but they break back in half and the prongs break on them and they cannot be used anymore. Also important to note is that is very difficult to find replacements for this. I have contacted the manufacturer of every single one of these sets I bought and here is how each responded: Temi toys never responded. Wx hobby, a company that makes a really neat but unstable electric elevator lift for these sets responded Simply by letting me know these marbles should be fine. I happen to disagree. “couomoxa” (the maker of this set) said they could not replace the marbles because they do not have the ability to do that, but offered to send me a returned set with marbles included free of charge because of the hassle of the broken marbles. I thought that was very nice and because of the amazing customer service response I’ve added back the star. Another company named klobroz does sell a replacement pack! But it also includes other pieces I don’t need. It was $10 and has 6 marbles and some run pieces too. Not bad.. but also they had very low stock and I’m not sure if they will replenish the stock or not. Time will tell. I went ahead and bought two packs. It had been two years since I bought their marble run set, they did not offer to replace the marbles for free but did kindly offer to give me a $5 refund credit for the trouble to apply towards the purchase of their replacement pack. Good company response. A company named “grabhappy” told me they cannot replace the marbles and did not know where I could find the exact marble, but they did offer to compensate me in the case of broken marbles. It is important to note that I just bought that set Within the last few months and I am not sure if I contacted them in a couple years after the marbles break whether or not they will go ahead and compensate me or if they would just say sorry it has been too long. Either way their response made me feel like they would stand by their product and I appreciated that so I am very grateful. If you are going to buy this set then know that you may not be able to replace the marbles so keep good track of those as well. Klobroz does sell a replacement set but being it’s low stock right now and no other replacement set exists, it may not be for sale forever. Although the drawback of broken marbles had me take away a star, the great customer service had me add the star back and I cannot recommend this set from this company enough. Thanks My kids spent hours on this, building and using their creative imaginations and keeping themselves busy and they love doing it. It fits really well with Duplo‘s so if you have a good stock of Duplos than this and other of these sets provide really cool creative opportunities to expand on your collection and have a lot of fun.

Works with Duplos.
This set works with Duplo blocks which makes it a lot sturdier than other marble run toys I have played with. This toy can be used with very young kids (with adult supervision) to older children. Note that I don't give ages.... It is fun for me , a grandma, and makes kids actually THINK!

Hours and hours of fun !!
I got this for my 5 year old for his bday because he's gotten obsessed with watching marble runs on Youtube. I really like how its child's legos, and you can attach them to the base, making it easier to keep track of, easier to move, and easier to replace lost pieces. We have spent hours and hours building mazes for him. The maps that come with it, are very nice. I have one memorized already, we call it "The simple one" The "marbles" that come with it, are perfect, plastic ones, which I wish I could find more of, since he lost one already. We initially bought our own set of glass ones, small and large, but the weight of them is too much for the mazes typically, and it breaks the maze faster. My older sons like to play with it too. They're almost preteens. One did suggest he wished there was an "X" piece that was made all in one, to help with some of the more complicated mazes, as its sometime difficult to get it to stand up and balance. We did have to add a rather large, thick book to his collection, in order to hold the base and transport it around the house. It never stays for long as on a table, since he will want to play with it for hours and hours, and then want to preserve it for later. My only complaint, is, the bases are not the same as the ones pictured. When I first realized this, it was out of frustration, while trying to build some more of the more "complicated" mazes. We have since learned how to alter the mazes to fit the pieces we received, but no matter what we do, some of those mazes we can never accomplish as pictured due to this. The other thing we did was "laminate" the mazes. They are paper, and repeated use over and over, does cause them to rip and tear. We placed clear tape over them front and back, but I wish there was a more sustainable way from the company to preserve them for future use. That being said, we're overall, pretty happy with them, and plan to purchase more pieces to add on, for future sets, in the future.

You'll have to work at getting it to work!
This knock-off duplo marble run is magical and fun....here are the caveats. First, I saw this toy on a Youtube where there is no talking, just someone building or playing with bright colored toys. The instructions are 95% good. The 5% is due to obscurity of photos, not being able to tell exactly where to place that brick, and some mistakes. When I got to the end I was short a few pieces and saw the instructions had show some small yellow gears being placed in tow different locations. It did not affect the operation of the toy. The BIGGEST problem is, the pieces are not moulded at accurately as a Duplo. They fit bit some things dont line up. The other reason for this is the plastic. It's a different material than Duplo, not as hard, so the pieces and slip out of placement or be easily knocked out of place. The BIG yellow wheel will take determination to keep placing it and squeezing it into place. The age is probably too young. I would say it's more 6-8 year old. There's the frustration component due to poor performance of the product and the visual instructions aren't 100%. With all that in mind, I kept at it because it is so cute and pleasing in operation. I MIGHT even glue the wheel in place. But yeah, 3 stars.

The set was not as big as i imagine. The parts are loose and not well fitted unlike lego. My 5 year old was fixing the blocks herself, she knelt on the blocks and her knees bled. No way this could be for a 3 year old as i found among the blocks, there was a broken piece, but the piece had an edge supposedly sharp and curved like a fish hook. I dont know which part this could have come from. The instruction manual colours were different from the pieces included inside the box.

I purchased this product to go with our existing Duplo blocks and the are pretty much perfectly compatible. I couldn't tell the difference between Duplo or these bricks. My son (4yrs) thoroughly enjoys building with the tracks and we hope to purchase an additional set when back in stock.

Good product - but not enough marbles - and cant see where to buy more!?

The pieces do not click as good as duplo so when a kid touches it, it falls apart easily. If you want this to last a few generations or few kids to play, it is better to invest in original brand Hubelino. It is more sturdy and even more fun for kids to play. It was a good idea to try if our little one likes the concept of it.

A mi niño de 3 años le encantó. Armamos juntos los modelos y como los bloques y partes son grandecitas, me puede ayudar muy bien.
