Brilliant, tasty meal replacement that because I can't handle food at the moment am using this to maintain vitamins, minerals, fibre and hunger without overloading my system.. I mention what I was doing to my doc and he said OK. Personally I love all the flavours and the texture but I don't like their "lite" version because all I can taste is the sweetener yuk🤢 I really rate these ready made food drinks so now buy in bulk.
