The new Level Off formula with loquat leaf is amazing. My post meal peak is on average 30 points lower than before and I can literally eat a bowl of rice without going out of the green. Honestly it’s impressive and works better than even fiber now.

This does help dampen a blood glucose spikes when taken 20-30 minutes before a meal. I use a CGM and have monitored glucose spikes. I have confirmed it works for me. I have had no adverse effects, just the desired ones. This is a good product that does what it's intended for.

product works and it's confirmed with a CGM. Compared back to back with the same meal (bread) and you can see the difference with taking Level Off. No spike. Similar ingredients to the Glucose Goddess, but much cheaper. I don't have diabetes, but I bet it could help if I did.

I'm pretty sure this is more of a gimmick or placebo item rather than legitimate. I'm tried it many times just a few minutes before I start a higher carb meal. I also have a CGM in use and the carb spike is quite a spike. Why two stars then? There is no true way to know if this is actually working or not for me. Of course I can take it for one meal and then not for the other. Of course, with a difference in what I eat the result would be inconclusive. Testing over two meals and eating the exact same food, prepared and portioned the exact same and then making sure your blood sugars start at the same level for each test. It's an impossible scenario to completely test. I doubt there are any studies done on this product and I'm pretty sure it is a knock-off of another product that I have seen studies for, but who knows if it is exactly the same. Heck, I guess it should be a one star instead.

A combination of herbal ingredients know to keep help avoid blood sugar spikes after a meal. Natural ingredients, easy to take capsules, no offensive taste, and a nice help to maintain a healthy sugar level, but not an alternative to your typical meds.

I used a Stelo CGM and confirmed impressive successful spike control. If I ate broccoli and took two pills with a large meal no spike happened where spikes did happen without the pills. They worked so well I consulted with my Dr and stopped taking Metformin. It worked the same without Metformin. I’m very pleased.

Been taking this for a few months and my insulin sensitivity and glucose control have been excellent. My CGM + Levels App proves it - my 90 day average glucose and spike count are way down. Consistency is key. I take it 2x per day before lunch and dinner and it really helps reduce the glucose spike. Can't wait to get my HBA1C results next week and see the results - my Dr won't believe it :)
