Gives the look of flickering candles without the danger of flame and added heat. Charge lasts longer than I assumed. I like that they are bright and can be dimmed. A bit pricey I thought at first. Changed my mind after seeing the price of them for sale in retail stores without all the bells n whistles. The remote is an added plus!

The media could not be loaded. September 2024: I've been looking for elegant rechargeable batteries for my decorations for quite sometime. These are fabulous. These use a three way usbc to usb charger ( see picture). They could be left plugged into a larger battery pack if you really needed it to be. The gray glass gives it a nice elegant look that can be interchanged with many decor options. The glass seems durable and gives a nice candle flicker reflection. I like the various time functions and the varying sizes of the candles. I do wish it came in an option to buy packs of the same sizes of candles. The value is fair for the product so long as the battery life lasts. I will change review if that changes over time. Over all, I would consider buying more. I wish there was an option to buy color changing candles in the glass option as well!

Full disclosure.. we had to stop lighting a lot of candles (which I love) just because they produce soot and also because we have kids and a new puppy. And we just repainted our interior walls lol. They look so realistic and we don’t miss having real candles lit around the house. The candle setting looks exactly like having a live flame and the light that they put out is gorgeous. Very happy and will probably purchase another set. Definitely recommend!!!

So this is a two-for-one review.I wish I could give three and a half stars. These candles work great as flameless candles, and I'm a big fan of the rechargeables because I have so many candles like this that I used to have huge chargers that could hold 40 batteries and it was a big hassle. Now, just recharge and you're good to go. So as flameless candles on display I like them, although I think the glass-looking ones look plasticky and not so much like glass, but my wife thinks they're beautiful.The ones that look like wax look very nice, and I use them in a TV stand as you can see in the pictures. They look great, add a lot of ambience to the room, and the remote works well. But it's this use case for which my criticisms of the cord and charging process really apply, because I wish I could leave them plugged in all the time; that would be the ultimate in convenience.Unfortunately, there are some bizarre issues with the recharging process. First, the candles come in sets of three, but the charger cable splits to four adapters which is nice, but the cord is not anywhere close to long enough to leave them plugged in all the time. Each adapter cable is only about 4 inches long with the whole cord being maybe two feet, and ends with a USB-A adapter, so you have to take the candles somewhere close to a USB plug or get a wall adapter (I got a thing that plugs into my outlets that also has USB ports). That's especially strange because the plug on the bottom of the candle is recessed, so when plugged in the candle doesn't tilt or wobble, as though they're *meant* to be plugged in, but the cord doesn't allow for them to be plugged in all the time and not worry about recharging, at least in my use case.But even if they were, it wouldn't work because when they *are* plugged in, there is a HUGE red light that lights up inside which is very noticeable and very distracting. A simple red LED wouldn't do this, it's like they went out of their way to put in some heavy-duty red light to say 'HEY! I'M RECHARGING!' It goes out when charged, but comes back on periodically as the charge goes down even when plugged in, so the red light comes off and on on different candles, and holy cow it is bright and big.Ultimately, when they are charged and on display, they look great and I recommend them. The 'flame' looks and moves realistically, my wife loves them, and we've received many compliments on them. I just wish they could be permanently plugged in.

The media could not be loaded. OK, OK, I'll probably continue to splurge on scented candles when they are on clearance, but this makes all the sense in the world. I LOVE the USB plug in power adapter. I have to rearrange the candles on the mantle to get them close enough to charge. It's plugged into the back of the TV so you can't see it. The remote works and you can control all candles at once if they are in the same area or turn individual candles on/off by pointing it directly at the candle of choice. I have them setup on a 6 hour mode (6PM-midnight). Battery seems decent, haven't charged in over 3 days. Candlelight can be dimmed and the flame has a realistic flicker (light wise). The plastic flame itself doesn't bother me even when it's off, but if you don't want to notice that it's fake...maybe not your ball of wax. Speaking of wax, it is waxy and I wouldn't leave it in a hot room/storage area. While its charging, there is a soft red flow at the base of the candle, but it's one sided and can be hidden from view. Safe, flameless alternative and useful in case of a power outage. Will buy again.**Orange halloween lights on garland for comparison**

This is the first time I used my candles and one of them don't work. I am disappointed. I was looking forward to using my candle. Now disappointed 😞

They are the best! Give off good light and no wasting batteries! Very nice!

These are nice candles. They give off a nice soft glow. Convenient charging.
