This vacuum is absolutely great! I bought it in Jan 2025 and now it is August 2026 and still I can vacuum the whole house on one charge! It does have to be cleaned religiously while vacuuming because I have a dog that sheds a lot. Like so many customers I also thought it was defective the first time it clogged up. it would not stay on for more than 30 seconds and it would not pick up stuff. You have to clean it starting with removing the core of the brush, removing anything stuck in it at the rolling extension, then the next part and last but not least REMOVE the canister and empty it, remove the filter and clean it and also clean the tube that goes into the filter. I have the feeling people never clean their vacuum properly and think that is why their battery "dies". You do not have to only empty the canister, but make sure there is no obstruction all the way from bottom to top! It takes 2-3 minutes to do that and I do it twice while cleaning the house, but I have zero problems with clogs, battery not lasting, vacuum turning itself off, etc. It is very light, I can vacuum in the dark with the lights it has at the end of the roller and it does not take any space at all... I would definitely recommend it!

The battery failed after a year. I ordered a new battery, but the new one failed imediatly. I ordered a replacement, the replacement failed imediately. So, if you want a cordless vac with no battery this is good, but it doesnt work with out a battery. and now 17 months after my original purchase I have a vac with no way to get a new battery. Recommend buying a brand with either battery standard that is less of a waste.

Mixed emotion on this one! Pros: Sleek, simple to use, works great on non-carpet floors. Green light to see dust and debris on ground. Suction is well enough. Easy to remove dust bin, easy to dumb, easy to remove roller for cleaning. Cons: Decent on carpet, but not great for pet hair. When pulling backward, will just leave a bundled line of rolled up hair that you have to go back over multiple times to pick up. Builds static very quickly, then when either moving hand around the grip or even touching the roller to a metal object, you will hear the static shock, and then sometimes the battery will over-ride and you have to take it out for a second. The front roller has three led lights and from the static discharge, two of them have broken. Can't stand on own (which I knew), needs to lean/lay or be on charger mount. Overall, if i was to only use on wood/Vinyl/tile, it would probably be great but it seems to have some difficulty on carpet. If you're a PET OWNER, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

**I do not have carpet anywhere in my house so this review does not include how well the vacuum works on carpet.** For hard floors it's perfect. It reaches the edges extremely well and even larger debris like bark from firewood. It perfectly cleans the ashes that wind up on the floor in front of the fireplace. On the low setting I really like that it doesn't suck the edges of my cowhide rug up into the vacuum while simultaneously getting everything off the hide. I turn the setting higher for the brick flooring and it picks everything up between the brick. The swivel head of the roller attachment is excellent and the vacuum lays completely flat so I can get under the furniture. The battery life on one charge is impressive. I've used it 5 times now without needing a charge but I rarely have to put the setting above low because it does the trick without needing more power. The debris catcher comes completely apart for easy cleaning. The headlamp is a plus for dark areas in a room. The only drawback that I can see which is not much of one is that my dog's fur is course so it tends to clog the hole where the debris catcher meets the machine. But that's an easy fix and doesn't happen every time nor is it cause to drop the rating I've given. The touch control is really a plus and easy to read. It stores easy and out of the way. All in all a very good vacuum and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I have had a lot of vacuums over the years...tons. My old expensive vacuum that I did not like finally bit the dust after only 2 years. I read the reviews and have always wanted a vacuum that you not need to worry about cords tripping you and getting caught under everything. I had my doubts but I can honestly say, this vacuum is absolute perfection. It is almost space age with all the bells and whistles. It adjusts automatically to the heights of your flooring vs carpet vs mats vs area rugs. It runs on a battery the size of a half brick. It's suction (the most important part to me) is phenomenal. It picked up flakes from a 20 year old mattress I moved without a second sweep-over. My old one, when new, didn't do that. It is also VERY lightweight, and for me, is my second biggest vacuum complaint; the heaviness of some vacs. It gets under tables easily and swivels around corners and gets right up to the baseboards. Its assembly is easy and only took me 5 minutes (without even using the directions!) to put it all together and get it plugged into the wall for its first charge. I vacuumed for about half an hour without it slowing or stopping. It comes with all the attachments you will need. I am super impressed. Well worth the price. Bravo CHEBIO!

A great vacuum for the price. We have a lab and cat so plenty of pet hair. Picks it up wonderfully. I like that it has different suction settings and a headlight. Makes pick up a breeze. I wish the battery lasted longer. I don’t have carpet but it doesn’t do good on my bathroom rugs fyi.
