I have tried many travel steamers, but this is by far the best travel steamer that I’ve owned. Although it is not light, it is worth packing as it does a fabulous job on your clothes. The nice part is it can be used as an iron as well, so very versatile.

This travel steamer surprised me, It heats up fast, and the steam power is strong enough to smooth out wrinkles on everyday fabrics without much effort. I love that it’s compact but still feels sturdy, and the design makes it easy to hold while you’re steaming. That said, I think this is intended to be used on an ironing board, and that was not what I had thought. Steaming clothes on the rack with this steamer takes much longer to remove wrinkles versus using it to iron. The different modes actually work the low/high settings make a noticeable difference, and the dry/iron feature is useful if you want something a little more crisp. Overall, it’s pretty easy to use, heats quickly, and gets wrinkles out fast. A solid little steamer.

Wow I love this steamer. My friend used it first when she received her brand new linen pants and they needed to be pressed. This steam heats up immediately and she had her pants wrinkle free in less than five minutes. I'm super happy with this purchase and have owned other steamers and this is the best so far!

I work remotely on an island and wash my uniform in a washer/dryer so it is always very wrinkled, no matter what. I purchased this and it is amazing! It heats up quickly, works very well, getting the wrinkles out in less than 3 minutes and I can steam about 3 very wrinkled shirts with one refill of water. I highly recommend this. For travel it would take up some space, but I can't really imagine that it could work as well if it was smaller, so well worth the space. In saying that, it is not very big, just not tiny. It is super simple to use. You literally switch it on and after a few seconds, when it is warmed up, you select the mode (some steam, more steam or dry) and use it. I hang my shirts on a hanger and steam it upright, but it can definitely be used on a flat surface as well as like an iron. Cord is quite long, about 2 meters.

My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
