Q: What is the expiry date?

My order when received had two sausages that were already past their expiration date. Fortunately Amazon was very responsive to my complaint and refunded my money. I would not buy from this company again. By the way you don't get the wooden crate holder either.

Q: Are the sausage beef?

Don’t buy, description and what we received was a complete opposite.
