I have received my order for dishwasher tablets , liquid detergent & laundry sheets I was looking forward to using the products but unfortunately the results with the first use of the dishwasher tablets have been very disappointed Most of the dishes came out as dirty as they went in and they were not even that dirty to start with since I rinsed most of the dishes before and used the auto programme The whole of the dishwasher and some of the dishes covered in a white powder which does not come out even when I wash them again with a different dishwasher I have attached a couple of pics I sent two emails and no response I would like to return all the products and get a refund After the disappointment with the dishwasher tablets I don’t event want to try the detergent and detergent sheets I also bought in case my clothes get damage Can you please let me know the process to return the products Thanks Marta

I cannot believe it, what rip off, the price for a start and the disappointed on cleaning, sticking to Fairy tablets again from now on.

Ma vaisselle ne sent plus les produits vraiment fort comme avec les capsules que j'utilisais avant. Ca laissais toujours un arrière goût à ma nourriture et une odeur désagréable quand j'ouvrais mon lave-vaisselle. Maintenant il ni a plus d'odeur ni de mauvais goût. Tout est parfait et propre. Je ne rince pas ma vaisselle avant.

I like it! It does the job of clean utensils without the chemical smell so I assume the ingredients are good. I would like to know the manufacturing date though … as an expensive product I expect that on the packaging.

After trying many different clean brand that claim to leave no smell to the dishes, this brand finally delivered. As a person with a tremendous sensitivity to fragrances and with how clean it leaves the dishes, a win win!

I wanted to use something natural but not at the expense of quality. This is it--even better than Cascade Platinum Plus! My glasses have far fewer streaks now and there is less buildup in the bottom of the dishwasher. The unscented and lemon verbena scent smell as described.
