It says it's zovirax cold sore relief treatment cream pump 5% - 2g pump - but the picture shows its a tube not a pump, which is it?

It is sold as both a pump and a tube. If it says a tube that is what I would expect to get. It is the same stuff in either but I find the pump easier to use.

Is this suitable for children?

Can you use it for sores inside the nostrils

Hi, I use it both out and inside my lip, can’t see it not helping your nostril. It’s fantastic, I don’t use anything else.
