I really like this serum! It leaves my skin soft, hydrated, and smooth without feeling sticky. It’s gentle on my sensitive skin and gives my face a healthy, plump look. I would definitely buy it again.

I really liked this serum. It's not really runny. It's thick and when I put it on my face it does not run down. It has the consistency of a light moisturizer. I've have bought it twice and found it to not have a strong scent. I plan on continuing to purchase it. Anytime I've purchased bakuchiol products the bakuchiol comes in little white balls mixed into the product. When you apply it to your skin they dissolve as you rub it in. This product does the same. It does not contain retinal so you can apply it in the morning or night. I use retinal before bed because it can react in the sun. The bakuchiol is safe to use before going outside. My skin does not feel sticky after I let the product sink in, before I apply moisturizer. I like how my skin looks immediately after I apply it and over time I feel it has made a difference and it has been effective. I have normal skin. Not too oily and not too dry. Also not overly sensitive but I'm careful about what I use. I'm 55 with a few lines. I can even put on a sunscreen after the moisturizer. You just have to let the products dry and sink in before applying the next!! I feel it's a good value for the money and a great quality product. I wish it came in a larger size.

I love this serum! It’s perfect for my nighttime skin care routine and I always wake up with glowy, hydrated-looking skin. I have very sensitive dry skin and I’ve never had any issues with this product. At first I was intimidated by the purple color but I quickly realized it does not go on purple and it soaks into the skin very well. I’m usually a cheap skate when it comes to skincare products but I’ll always splurge for this one. Love love love.

I’ve been using the EQQUALBERRY Bakuchiol Plumping Face Serum for 10 weeks and, so far, my biggest takeaway is that this is a really nice hydrating and plumping serum. The texture is noticeably thicker than a typical serum, but it spreads easily and absorbs well. It leaves my skin feeling soft, supple, hydrated, and plump. If your skin is feeling dry or dehydrated, I can definitely see this being a nice addition to a routine. That said, I think it’s important to have realistic expectations about the “natural retinol alternative” claim. I purchased this because I’m interested in the anti-aging benefits of bakuchiol, but I’m not getting a retinol-like effect from this serum. My skin feels better hydrated and more plump, but I haven’t noticed the kind of changes I would associate with an actual retinoid. It is fragranced, although I don't find the scent overwhelming or particularly unpleasant. Still, I would prefer fragrance-free skincare whenever possible. Overall, I like this as a moisturizing, skin-softening serum, and my skin definitely feels smoother and plumper after using it. Just don’t buy it expecting it to replicate the results of a retinol. For me, the hydration is the star of the show—not the “retinol alternative” claim.

Non irritating. I use this product 4x a week and retinol 3x. I have very sensitive skin, and this schedule works perfectly.

I purchased this serum as an anti-aging defense, as Bakuchiol is supposed to be a great anti-aging, retinol alternative. I am prescribed retinol but admit that, as a nurse who works long 12-hour shifts, I am often too tired to wash my face and apply it at bedtime. This serum has white ceramide flakes in it that you can visibly see, which melt into your skin as you apply it, and are essential for your skin’s moisture barrier. I apply a few drops of serum to my forehead, each cheek, my chin, and my nose, and then I rub it in evenly on my entire face. I apply a few drops to my hands, rub them together once or twice, and then apply the serum to my neck and décolleté. The serum is thick, spreads easily, and absorbs well. It almost has a slight “bounce” to it when you are rubbing it in. It is very easy to use. Regarding results, my skin appears more plump and fresh after using this serum. I haven’t noticed any of my fine lines and wrinkles worsening since using this product; in fact, I feel as if there is some improvement. While I do find the price fair, I wish that the bottle was a little bit bigger. I am subscribed to this product every 3 weeks, and I would say that one bottle lasts approximately 1 month with once daily use. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to dip their toes into the world of Bakuchiol, and who is looking for a great, anti-aging serum.

Zero stars from me. I bought this serum because it’s been recommended quite a bit on social media as a gentle alternative to retinol (plant based) and safer for sensitive skin. I only buy and wear clean products with healthy and effective ingredients. Well let me tell you, after using this product as directed, I broke out into the most aggressive case of Malassezia Folliculitis — you can’t even imagine — the pain, the itching, clusters of whiteheads and unbearable inflammation I experienced went on for a week! I lost sleep from the pain. I had to visit urgent care and then follow up with my doctor for an anti-fungal steroid to combat the outbreak. I have NEVER in my life had an issue with ANY topical skincare product like I did with this one, and that’s even after I read the ingredients to make sure there weren’t any harsh chemicals or comedogenic oils. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this with this serum, but I will be reading reviews on this serum from now on to see if anybody else mentions this happening from this product. I wonder if I received an expired bottle or if the oils in this serum somehow sealed in yeast that grew out of control on my skin. My whole skincare routine was entirely the same as I always used, except for the addition of this bakuchiol serum. Honestly a traumatic and painful experience for me. After using the medicine prescribed by my doctor, my face is slowly returning back to normal. It’s still too soon to tell if it left any scarring. If it works for others though, good for you. I’m not bitter, just shaken up. I personally would not recommend it!

I have used this product for a month now and have seen improvements in my skin. I have combination skin, which is also generally quite senaitive, and I use this every day, day and night. It does appear as it has been used/not ful when first unvoxed, but having seen other reviews, I think the bottle is just the wrong size for the contents. Loving the product so far and not having any negative reactions. I got bad reactions from retinol which is why I gave this a shot. Give it a try if you're trying to avoid products like retinol.

In realtà ancora lo sto testando, ma devo dire che lascia sul viso una piacevolissima sensazione di pelle liscia, morbida e idratata. Non serve esagerare, tre gocce per tutto il viso e una per collo e décolleté. Siero estremamente ricco in ceramidi, ovviamente bakuchiol e peptidi e altre sostanze emolienti. Consiglio vivamente a tutti, di testare ogni prodotto con moderazione, soprattutto se, come me, avete pelle sensibile suscettibile di arrossamenti, in quanto, anche i sieri con inci eccellenti, contengono sostanze che, se pur di ottima qualità e non dannosi per pelli normali, su pelle sensibile possono dar fastidio aggravando arrossamenti e rosacea.

Aunque al principio no me gustaba mucho su olor, después de llevar un buen tiempo aplicándolo, no lo noto. Deja la piel muy bonita y las bolitas se funden muy bien en la piel.
