What would be the smallest dressing ?

For the Sacral silicone patch the smallest is 7.2”x 7.2” inches (side to side) with the foam pad size being 5.1”x 5.4” inches. My dad uses this size and he’s really skinny. It covers the bedsore well, and he’s a size small in pants, 30” in waist.

Does it contain latex

The package says that it is not made with natural rubber latex.

How do these differ from Duoderm?

The MedVance has a border all around it. It is almost like a heart-shaped bandaid. The Duoderm is a single foam piece with no border.
