Großartiger Service und vorbildliche Kundenorientierung
Update: Der Verkäufer hat proaktiv den Kontakt hergestellt und mir aufgrund der fehlenden Teile sofort und innerhalb von zwei Tagen einen neuen Roboter zukommen lassen. Ich bin wirklich absolut über die Maßen von dieser kundenorientierten Politik erfreut und absolut begeistert. Zumal das eigentliche Produkt ohnehin toll ist. Vielen Dank dafür! Mein Sohn und ich freuen uns bereits auf den Aufbau. Mit einem Wort, VORBILDLICH !!! 1.Rezension: War ein Geschenk und wurde somit leider erst nach Ablauf der „Rückgabegarantie (4 Wochen) geöffnet. Prinzipiell guter Roboter jedoch fehlen leider die Teile für einen gesamten Arm. Da es jetzt erst aufgefallen ist kann man ihn natürlich auch nicht zurück geben. Daher natürlich nicht zu gebrauchen

Great build
Great build, was worried it would be brittle or the parts wouldn’t fit together well or parts missing but was surprised with the build. Sturdy and no missing parts. Will be buying more I wish I checked the instructions first for the stickers 😅 thought I just didn’t receive the stickers so I started the build got to page 50 and found them oh well haha
