LE-310 Dry Flush Toilet for RV, Boat and Emergency Use, White

Brilliant, such a relief having this toilet, no smells , no leaks, just fantastic. No chemicals, no water. We use this when bush camping and allows camping in more remote areas.

A little long but comprehensive, not sponsored review. We purchased this item 2 years ago when we were outfitting our Sprinter campervan and getting ready for retirement and travel to national parks! We have since retired and now used the Modiwell dry flush toilet for 3 extended trips - the longest being a recent 7500 mile loop trip from Oregon to Michigan and back. The van was professionally built out on a 144 WB and we did not want a built in shower or toilet. We extensively searched options for portable toilets with important specs being portability, item weight, compact for storage, seat height and device stability, mechanism ease of use and most importantly biodegradable disposal - (no Mylar or other similar materials). The Modiwell dry flush toilet has exceeded expectations in al these areas. The Modiwell sits in its own custom storage drawer and pulled out for use as needed and every night we are in van. We also have a dual shower/ privacy tent we can set it up in when staying in one place, boondocking/boondogging. The height at 18 inches is great for sitting as we are 6 and 6'3 tall and I would not be described as petit! The legs fold out and lock securely in place and the unit is very stable. Main use the unit ends up for liquid waste, the desiccant packet to sealed bag use ends up pretty equal to the sets we order. We had primarily used the blue bag material, but had recently switched to try the white (now I think discontinued) and black. We did not have any issues with the few white ones we tried. The only mechanical issue we have ever had was once with the black bag jamming, it is a heavier weight material and thought we would give them a try. After clearing the jam the replacement bag system worked for the rest of the time. We had looked at the use and temperature rating but thought they would work. After contacting customer service and review of use, it was determined that the black bags would not work for us consistently based on or environment and region as live in Oregon and have been mainly traveling in the Midwest and northern states in spring and fall. Also we store bags in the van and the can be exposed to low temps over time until the are used. The customer service at Modiwell was great, shout out to Julie, and couldn't have been more responsive and pleasant to deal with - even getting us some blue replacement bags!Also, as an Occupational therapist, this product with raised handles could be a game changer for emergency situations where mobility is limited, setting up temporary living space due to stairs to a bedroom are an obstacle, etc, and very secure for the size. I would not hesitate to buy one again, the cost may be a factor but this is a product that will last a long time, work flawlessly and you will not regret buying.

Absolutely AMAZING Toilet + The Best Customer Service EverWe live off-grid, so having a reliable toilet is a huge deal for us. I actually bought two Modiwell toilets because my sons cabin is far from ours so 2 made the most sense. I have to say this really imporved our qaulity of living which seems silly but when lots of things are hard one thing that is easier makes a huge difference. They are super convenient, saves water, and honestly feels cleaner and nicer than a regular toilet, and no smell (I know its hard to believe but seriously no smell.) Needless to say we loved them right away.After a few days, the toilet started showing an error sign when flushing, which meant I had to turn it off and back on and then re-flush because of this issue I would sometimes use 2 -4 bags per flush every use. My sons also had this issue but his was much less frequent. That was super disappointing because bags are precious due to cost. I reached out to Modiwell customer service, and they responded the same day by email and voicemail.They were incredibly kind and helpful. They sent me new guide parts for both toilets, right away plus videos showing exactly how to install everything, AND replacement bags. Unfortunately, after installing the new parts, the error was still happening. I sent them a video of the sealing process, and once they realized the issue couldn’t be fixed by me, they went above and beyond:They sent me a brand-new toilet AND more replacement bags!That seriously blessed us. Out here, water is a commodity, and this toilet saves us so much. Before this, we used a sawdust composting system, and Modiwell is honestly on another level. It feels like a regular toilet but even better—always super clean, soft-close lid, very sturdy, and the height is perfect.I’m extremely thankful for Modiwell and their amazing customer service. They truly took care of us, and my family appreciates it more than they know. If you’re off-grid or just want a clean, reliable, no-smell solution, this is absolutely the toilet to get. Works exactly as advertised. Top quality and very compact. A little pricey but the value is there. Hopefully longivity is there as well.

Absolutely amazing. It’s the THIRD toilet I have bought for my caravan. I was very unhappy with my previous two. This does EXACTLY what I want but the most important thing is that the ongoing cost is nowhere near as high as other systems.This has changed my life.I TOTALLY recommend.
