Review: The missing link in my pelvic health journey - If you're reading this review or any reviews, buy this. You're probably here because you have pelvic floor tension causing pain or discomfort. You just have to use the thicker end for relief at the opening (for me the perineum was tight) or the thinner end for deeper internal relief (for me, obteratur internus release on the right side). This has helped so much; it did what my PT did but better because I could be the one who determined what was sensitive and how long it needed to be pressed to be released. Read the directions about pressing with the pressure you'd use on a tomato. Not too much pressure. And while you're on your wellness journey, check out Sara Reardon's book, Floored. That book in combination we with so-so pelvic floor PT help, Doctor ChatGPT and this wand has really helped me go from hopeless to hopeful that one day I'll be okay. I have been in pelvic floor therapy for almost year. We have reached the point where she told me she didn’t think she could help me anymore bc the deep pain was organ related. I didn’t believe her so I started doing research. I have deep internal muscle pain and this bendable wand bends in the way I need it that other ones couldn’t get to bc of shape.
