No insert and label is stuck across much of the information on bottle (see image). Sloppy. Don't know whether to take 2 capsules at once or 1 capsule twice a day. If 2 at a time, is it sufficient to last 24 hours? This was prescribed to me by a doctor from a major hospital so I am optimistic it will be fine, but the seller could be a bit more prudent about how they package and present their product.

El producto viene en cápsulas, lo cual lo hace fácil de tomar, y su presentación me pareció correcta: el etiquetado indica que contiene “diosmina pura” y promete apoyar la circulación sanguínea y la salud venosa.  Según lo que leí en fuentes confiables, la Diosmin — el ingrediente activo — es un flavonoide derivado de cítricos, con posibles efectos positivos sobre inflamación venosa, retorno venoso, circulación, e incluso alivio de síntomas de insuficiencia venosa o hemorroides.  En mi experiencia (o lo que esperaba), el objetivo del suplemento tiene sentido — puede ser una opción si buscas apoyo vascular. Después de unas semanas de uso, noté una leve mejora en la sensación de “pesadez” en las piernas, sobre todo tras estar muchas horas de pie. No fue un cambio dramático, pero sí algo sutil que me pareció agradable. Sin embargo, no hubo una transformación radical de la apariencia de las venas: las várices o venas marcadas siguen ahí, así que no esperes resultados “milagrosos”.
