I got a great Amazon Warehouse Deal on this TV. It seems small, but it measures correctly, so that's just my bad. It's got a great OS - intuitive and very user-friendly. I don't really need 'user-friendly', but it took me 2min to set it up with all my accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc). The picture is great. The sound isn't great until you enable Sound Mode: Amplify. I bought Home Services, but the installation took maybe 10min. I have no complaints about this TV.

Bought as a gift for my son in a different town. He gets the TV and it has no remote or power cord. Customer no service is in another city...think it was a different country...and can't contact the warehouse to get parts. After a run around, negotiated half off the TV. Now my son will buy the parts separately and lets hope the freaking TV works. Maybe, I can remember to add a part 2 to this saga.... Finally, got the replacement parts from Samsung. TV is working so far. Picture is reasonable, particularly using the antenna. Yet to watch any 4K programming to see if this TV is close to $K.

So far, I am very pleased with this purchase; it’s the easiest TV to set up that I’ve bought recently. Great picture quality, great sound. A little tedious to type in passwords, etc., but that’s the nature of the beast. Buy it.

TV works great I thought it was over priced. But they don't make that size anymore so I had to pay up.

I am really happy with this television. The picture is great and setting up the smart tv was a breeze. While this tv may have been refurbished, it arrived in like new condition with all the parts looking like new. I have a number of Samsung televisions in my house and have had a good experience with all of them.

Tv worked fine for a week, but then the picture went out and only had sound. Read the FINE PRINT on the guarantee. Only 1 month! But because we live overseas and had the product shipped to a DPO, we really I y had 2 weeks! Tried to access support but since we are overseas there is no way to enter our telephone number for them to call us. The system only accepts numbers that start with +1 country code.

I bought this TV because I could not find a 40" TV with mounting holes that aligned with where I needed to mount it. I tried a couple others in the ~$280 price range, so this TV was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was totally worth it in the end. The picture looks amazing compared to the other ones I tried, and the setup menus and smart TV features are intuitive and easy to use.

Product was fine but shop around. The newest model from bestbuy was cheaper and bigger. Good tv but a rip off.

Todo muy bien hasta ahora pero la aplicacion hulu no viene en el producto! Y ahi dice las aplicaciones que ya trae sin embargo esta no!

Me mandaron una pantalla entre comillas mas bonita pero solo hace el intento de prender y no se ve nada!!!!

La pantalla llego sin cables, sin control remoto, sin tornillos. Una verdadera vergüenza. Llego muy dañada, no estaba renovada, estaba tal cual alguien la regreso después de mucho uso.

El sonido está distorsionado en este television. Hay un fuerte "crackling" cuando intentas ver un programa. El sonido permanece en cada canal y en la prueba de sonido. Samsung dice que esto está fallando en los componentes internos. The sound is distorted on this television. There is a loud “crackling” sound when you try to watch a show. The sound remains on every channel and on the sound test. Samsung says this is failing internal components.
