I ordered two of these. One for my baby camera. (Nest Indoor Cam) and the other for traveling with my iPhone and GoPro. As I opened my first box, I observed that the phone clip was broken. All other items were in tact condition. Overall the Flexible tripod is well crafted and seems to be a quality build. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a flexible mini tripod.As for the broken piece, I contacted the Product's Customer Service via email and sent them the picture I took of the broken piece that holds the camera phone. They immediately sent me another tripod at no additional cost. Very pleased with the product and the excellent customer service.Thanks again.

This mini tripod is fantastic. Have had gorilla pods in the past. This is BETTER! The legs are sturdy, and grippy! Can wrap them around poles, tree branches for some interesting captures... Love that they include a phone mount. This item goes in the bag for when I travel!Tripod is sturdy enough for both my DSLR and my phone. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This thing saved my butt in Indonesia. I had to rent a scooter last second because my GoJek(think Uber w/ a scooter) cancelled and I had an important appointment across the island. I quickly rented a scooter and used this to wrap around handle bar to hold my phone so I could use GPS. Omg it was a crazy ride but the thing didn't drop my phone on those crazy roads!(I used the cell phone accessory bracket-make sure you take your phone cover off 1st or it may slip out). After this experience I used it daily to get around on my scooter! I'm very happy and I can't believe I didn't break it on that trip. ✓APPROVED!

Due to limited desk space, the small and stable tripod can be placed almost anywhere on my work area. Also, it's very convenient for setting up a quick shot outside. Like many of the shared pictures, the tripod can be placed on a pole or railing without damaging the surface. It's a great product.

I tried to put my mirrorless camera with a short zoom lens on it (12-40). But the tripod couldn't hold it up, the legs caved in. I wouldn't buy this for any dslr/mirrorless camera.

Unfortunately this product is faulty. It does not hold my camera up the legs start sliding and the face of the camera starts dipping down when I try to set it up. Super disappointed in this product. Do not waste your money. Even more disappointing is that I threw the box away so I can't even return it...my bad. I am stuck with this thing.

I was a bit skeptical seeing the price of the product and what it claimed but I don't regret buying it. you can literally maneuver it in any way and it will stay that way. it's not fragile at all. I enjoy the cell phone clip that came with it that was a nice surprise but there is some pieces that came along with it that I'm not sure what they're used for yet maybe a GoPro which I don't have but yeah overall good product

Item was supposed to be new, package clearly was opened previously as the seal was cut, accessories were not in there bag and the original packaging was destroyed. The item was supposed to be a gift and could not be given as one in the state it was in
