Good quantity for good price

My mother-in-law recommended that I take magnesium to deal with cramp at night after running.These are easy to swallow and pretty much tasteless.They come in a glass jar, so less plastic waste, which is a plus.

Great product, definitely feel energized when you take this.

Helps a bit with getting to sleep for me. A little warning though: magnesium I read can cause permanent problems if you take too much. I think it was something like no more than 200mg per day or some part of the brain can be affected. Please read up on this yourself before you take.

I struggle taking tablets , hate to break them as most of vitamins tablets are huge , however I have to say for me, so far so good because the size of those tablets is acceptable .Helps to take them with a big mouthful of water.Apart from that, they don’t have a chalky taste on your tongue and do not carry a smell as most of tablets do.I do feel my sleep become more restful and my energy level has increased since a week ago when I have stated to take them.I try to make sure all doses are what I call ‘quality doses’, meaning I take them with a decent meal.Good values for money as well - I will recommend taking them .

I bought this to replace an item called ZMA - with this I bought Zinc & Vitamin B - The vitamin B worked just fine. not for me
