I ordered this adjustable bedframe in the queen size with the massage feature back in July so right at three months ago and held off doing a review to see how the unit would hold up and I could not be happier with my purchase! Probably one of the best things I’ve bought for myself in a while. All the features work every time I haven’t had any issues. I have a 10” memory foam mattress and no issues with it sliding around or moving. The base is quite heavy at 110lbs making it solid and a little difficult to move to set up by myself, but I managed. The frame is steel square tubing and the materials covering the top part are thick and well attached. Setup itself was easy, just unfold the frame from the middle, screw in the legs and plug in the power supply and cord. The wireless remote was already paired to the controller which was nice. I love the massage and being able to elevate my head and feet independently at variable angles and operating it is nice and quiet. The four USB ports are great to charge phones and iPads on the nightstand and the velcro attached removable remote control pockets are handy. Ports and pockets are on both sides of the bed. The adjustable height legs are great also and the underbed lighting and built in remote flashlight. Got the base on sale for 30 bucks off or so, 399 i believe, which i feel is a pretty good deal for all the features after shopping around and researching beforehand. So far after three months everything is working great. The base seems to be well built and was pretty well packed because it was raining when delivered and sat out there for several hours getting soaked but the base was not wet once I removed the saturated shipping box and plastic wrapper. Overall I like everything about the base and hope it lasts a long time. Keep in mind that the warranty is only 30 days so I highly recommend buying the 2 year additional Asurion warranty through Amazon for the 60 bucks for piece of mind. Only slight regret maybe would be not getting the next version up with the Phone app to control the base features from your phone because just in case if something were to ever happen to the remote, the features would be useless so if you are hard on remotes or lose them easily, you may want to go with the version that has the app. Oh my only other regret is not getting an adjustable base much sooner! My sleep has improved as well as back aches and pains I used to have. 2 Year Update: I still love this adjustable base and have not had any problems with it. My GF loves it also and comments how comfortable my bed is when she is staying over. After reading over my initial 3 month review I still stand by everything I said. One of my best purchases!

This adjustable base is easy to set up and use, has adjustable height, is sturdy, operates quietly and the settings are perfect for finding your comfy position. It is just as good or better than much more expensive bases that I have purchased in the past.

Had this for a few months now. No problems at all. Everything works as it should. The usb ports and the under bed light are very handy. The massage is good even through the thick mattress. All kinds of different adjustments to help you get comfortable. It seems sturdy but I could also see that you wouldn’t want to put all your weight on whatever parts raised. Like just set in the end while it’s raised up. It’s not designed for that ant wouldn’t possibly bend something. I’ve got no complaints and it’s helped me sleep better and not hurt so bad

I'm enjoying my first adjustable. It did arrive damaged; because it is very heavy and it's not packaged very well at all. Looks like it was dropped. The delivery was horrid. They somehow managed to shove it between some shrubs and the house. I requested it be left in front of the garage, on the driveway. Had a difficult time getting it out from behind the bushes. Saw the damage immediately, but also saw reviews that let me know reporting it was useless. Waiting for a pickup and replacement would be a waste of time. There doesn't seem to be much of any customer support anyway. It was easy to set up. It needs at least 2 people. My brother and I are in our 60's, but thankfully still pretty fit. It fit right into my bedframe. And since I don't weigh that much, the damage that it arrived with doesn't hinder the mechanism. It is very quiet. I was expecting loud sounds and vibrations when adjusting it. But it's super quiet and smooth. This one doesn't quite adjust as I had hoped. It's basically like a big V shape. I would have thought there would be more like a V shape with some leveling out at the end of the bed. Hard to explain. Maybe an upside down L angle at the lower end. Basically it doesn't matter which way you place it. The angle of the lower half and the top half are the same from what I see. I am enjoying being able to easily adjust the angles to my liking. The light under the bed is not worth mentioning. Low light, no adjusting brightness or color. On or off, doesn't matter. I don't bother using it. The usb connector and holder, is the same as the lighting. It's there, it's useless. Reaching down into the hanging pouch to get the controller is pretty much impossible. Easier to keep it on my nightstand. They could have left those 2 features off. Both aren't worth trying to use. It is important to have the right mattress. I had a great 10inch mattress, but this bedframe isn't built for that. I checked and the one I had does work with adjustable beds, but this adjustable bedframe was not designed to comfortably hold a 10 or 12 inch mattress. The silly little mattress holder at the end isn't high enough and pops out. I got an 8 inch, and it works well with that. But if you weigh over 130lbs, I can't see an 8 inch mattress being very comfortable laying on this slab. So I would not recommend this bedframe for anyone over 130lbs or mattresses over 8 inches. If you need a thicker firm mattress, look elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bed base. Seems to be very well made. Hardly any assembly required. Just plug in the electric cords and screw on the legs. The bed is very heavy. You absolutely need two people to carry it and flip it over after screwing in the legs. Only takes a few minute though to assemble.

We LOVE our new adjustable bed. The only drawback is that when the foot is raised it doest really bend at the knees, making our feet go straight up. We fixed this by using the wedges under our knees-that we used to use under our heads. By raising the foot, this is now perfect for us. We used the full length of the legs AND ADDED 6" risers. This gives us better storage room, as we live in a small apartment. We each use a small step stool to make it easier to get in and out of bed. We both are comfortable and sleeping great. Excellent for the price. I only wish we'd decided to get the queen instead of the full. That would be a mere 6" wider, but otherwise, very happy with purchase. It IS heavy, but even WE were able to drag the box to the bedroom and set it up. It's very easy. One thing we've noticed with EVERY MEMORY FOAM bed we've had, no matter the size, is that we have the feeling that we're 'falling' out of bed. We have put a regular size pillow UNDER the mattress pad on each side, just at the bend of the head. This fixes that issue. But, the mattress is super comfy. (photo with red circle around pillow)

This bed is beyond my expectations We used it very effectively for about 6 months. It was easy to assemble, easy to use, and we loved the remote being simple to use! Also the light came in very handy! I Can’t say enough good things about it. Plus! You just fold it up, remove the batteries from the remote, and it stores until we might need again. It was also a great value for the money!

Buyer beware of pricing. This is the exact same model and company as N-MSABB01B-TXL1 Marsail NS1 Twin XL Adjustable Bed Base with Massage- Smart Dual Motor Bed Frame with Wireless Remote, 3-Min Assembly, Zero Gravity & Anti-Snore Modes, Under Bed Lighting, 4 USB Ports from the same company but a lot less. At the time of this review it was $269.39 normally $299.. Thats $150 - $170 more than for the same thing.
