I just got mine today. It's as good a product material wise as any other drill I have ever help. It feels solid to the touch, and it whisper quite. I haven't used it to test the torque, but I will keep you posted on the outcome.The key features that I homed in on when deciding which drill set I would choose was the ability to change the speed manually, the ergonomics, having 2 batteries and the case.So far I love everything but the case. It's very deceiving picture when you're looking at the original ad because it would appear that you're getting the drill bits and sockets along with the drill and you would think that the case would have a place to put them and there isn't they're just floating around in there and that's not what I thought I was getting and I feel like it's because the picture was misleading other than that I have no problems with anything so far with the product I would recommend it at this point. But I would like to go on the record of saying that this was a missed opportunity by the company to provide something a little bit better and unique for the price range and there was a missed opportunity because there should be slots for each and each individual attachment and there's not it's just a piece of foam holding the drill the batteries and the charger.Send me call me picky for that I'm sorry but for my money I want as much as I can get and I just don't feel like this delivered for what I paid.

Mechanic here- I don't like using impacts, especially not for the prices they go for these days. This lil guy is a brute and really delivers power on every project I'm on. From wheels to stubborn bolts on the body of a vehicle. The only issue I've had is the screws were coming out of the impact after several uses but still pushed hard and like new. I got some loctite on the screws now and it has been absolutely perfect. 12 projects later the batteries finally died- they sure do last. I'd recommend this product for anyone looking for a great starter impact; small note does feel cheap but for the price you're getting an amazing tool. I would pay over 100$ for this.

For the price its not bad at all I have only had a couple bolts it wouldn't take out but it has for the rest I do small engine repair so it comes in quiet handy I have another impact but not as big I would recommend because it will take lug nuts off that were put on with air ratchet works great batteries last a long time.
