$300?! Notice there are no specs on performance. Wait. A solar panel many times more expensive than comparably sized panels for a Transcend Cpap with a proprietary power plug that will only take this panel, but with no performance specifications? Why, hopefully you ask? Well I'll tell you. This retailer glowingly compares it to the "size of a rolled up newspaper."Well, that's actually also the description of its performance, except your Apnea would be better served by stuffing a rolled up newspaper down your throat.Really, don't waste your money on this. If you need a solar power portable solution look at the Goal Zero Sherpa 50 kit, which actually uses the sun to charge (novel concept, huh?) and overcomes Transcend's duplicitous proprietary plug gimmick with a small efficient built in 110 inverter with an A/C outlet. It EVEN comes with reading material in the form of actual energy specifications, so you can toss the $300 soggy newspaper in the trash...

Works
worked for me but wish I had gotten something from Goal Zero and the car adaptor from Transcend. It would have allowed me to use one solar charger for my phone and Transcend battery

P8 battery is costly and has a short lifespan
I purchased the Transcend PSA1 model to give freedom from the power socket. When new, the P8 battery gave 10 hours of use but after only a few months, this dropped to 4 hours and then it stopped working altogether. The battery is poor quality despite costing an outrageous $400+. Never again; there are better brands out there.

Stay Away
Stay Away! Spent a bundle on this and it worked twice and took fooooooreeeeevor to charge the battery. Now it does not work. If you like to waste money, go ahead - buy. I am a backpacker and thought this would be the answer. I purchased the DC Adapter and a USB to Cigarette Outlet and will try a cheaper solar panel to see if it will charge the P8 battery. If not I will go with a Goal Zero.
