This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!!

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, a flip phone especially, but I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought an "excellent" grade refurbished 2024 Razr Plus and it is indistinguishable from a brand new phone from the manufacturer cosmetically. The phone performs perfectly as well. No issues at all. This is also a ridiculously cool phone. I am switching from a S24 that was working just fine but I was bored with slab phones. This phone is actually crazy fun and interesting to use. I am keeping my S24 as backup just in case this one develops issues, which it may as this is still newish tech and flip phone durability just isn't as good as a slab phone. However, I will absolutely love every minute of using this Razr Plus 2024 until it breaks. -- I never post reviews as I am lazy, but I just had to for this awesome and fun phone.

Device came and was in great condition. Unfortunately the WiFi on the device did not work properly as well as the device being carrier locked despite purchasing and unlocked device. I couldn’t even update the phone or troubleshoot…since the WiFi didn’t work. Would put 0 stars if I could. Such a waste of time considering it’s the holidays and now I have to deal with the refund process.

So far, I am loving this phone. I am on verizon and I simply popped in my sim card, fired up the phone and it worked. I love being able to fold it shut and stick it in my pocket. It fits so much better than a regular smart phone. The camera isn't the best on the market, but is more than enough for 95% of actual phone camera use. The front screen is great for being able to quickly check messages. The battery lasts all day and charges quickly. Super happy with this purchase.

PROS: 1. Great form factor. Once folded, phone fits all the way in your pocket and will not fall out even when sitting down. 2. Fully functional external screen so you don't even need to unfold the phone most of the time. 3. Crease is hardly noticeable when phone is open. 4. Decent battery life. I can get through the day without having to recharge, especially if phone is put in power save mode. 5. Customizable quick launch buttons (when swiping down from the top). CONS: 1. Phone supports eSIM, but my carrier's eSIM did not work on this phone. This is likely because I bought the phone refurbished and it had AT&T software on it. 2. Cannot save files/folders onto the desktop. 3. Cannot create folders in the Sidebar.

The cell phone was in excellent condition,I been working and transferring all my data from my iPhone xmax.Iphonr to Android. This phone is much updated than my X.Great price,and very good condition I will buy again from this seller

I have been using this phone for 2 weeks now. I just want to express my experience so far with it. I'm giving it three stars. Because of the process of unlocking this phone. Technically the phone I received was unlocked but for whatever reason att saw that the IMEI was attach to a billing account via their website. So I called att and they told me it was unlocked but they couldn't do it by phone. I went into the store and they were able to transfer my line. The second reason is due to the little glitches it has. I bought this in excellent refurbished condition but the front screen sometimes goes black but will come back on when you touch the screen. This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. I guess for the price I paid this is the result.

I am very happy with my Moto Razr+. Been a long time Samsung user and it was very easy to transition. It's a fun phone and so far does everything that I need it to and more.

I love this phone so much more than any iPhone I ever had. I especially love the folding design it fits in the pocket so much better than a larger phone. I just love every feature it has and the feel of it in the hand. I definitely recommend the Motorola razor.

The phone was good, but the charger wasn't fast and the accessories were below expectations.
