In just 3 months use, water pump stopped working, After sending it to service center they refused the claim under warranty because the they said we have used detergent in the water compartment, but we haven't used any detergent. Only liquid floor cleaner and tap water was used. We have hard water issue, due to that it was showing white water marks on the backside and due to this our taps also get clogged sometimes. But it was un intentional damage. If it was mentioned in the warranty that we need to use RO water, we could have done that. But warranty claim was refused and for the paid pump they said it would take more than 2 months to get the parts arranged. Quarter of the year is getting spent only to get the item repaired. Although suction works fine, It is only usable if you don't have too much things in your house, I do not recommend it if you have small children in your house because they will throw their toys and puzzles everywhere and you have to clean everything and reach to the areas where you generally do not go to clean. Which makes your efforts double. If you are looking robot for Mop feature it is not good either because it will leave marks on the floor whichever direction it goes to. It is like you hold a wet towel in your hand which is touching the floor and you are walking, which means if there is a simple mark on the floor it will stay as it is. Overall. -Suction quality adequate -Mop feature is just a gimmick if you have children in your home - Only good for working people who doesn't stay home much and have only minimal things in the house.

It's easy to set up.mapping feature is also good.It is very good in dust collection.mopping is not so good.It does not do deep mopping.but overall I am quite satisfied with its usefulness.It is recommended.

Bought L60 SES during summer sale for 19,999 and delivered on time. Item working fine for the last couple of weeks. Here are my pros and cons. Cons. 1. Replacement dust bag, Side brush, Main Brush or filter is not available with Eufy in India, whener your try to order the item the app takes you to EU store or US Store both of which by the way do not ship to India. I emailed eufy customer service and the reply was the items are not available in Indian store and they don't have any clue about when this will be back in store or ever be back. So keep in mind when you order especially the SES version, whats the point when you don't have a replacement dust bag. 2. Battery life is okish, depends on the size of your house and for me it's OK. One thing to note is that the vaccum looses battery even if it's idling in the dock if the dock is not hooked to the mains. One time even though vaccum was full battery and there was a power shutdown for 24 hours due to severe rains here and the vaccum shutdown on its own due to low battery even when the vaccum was not used. 3. Vaccum cannot detect low lying objects below it's Lidar level at short distances, it will frequently bump in to small things and charging wires and end up blocking the brush or get stuck. You will be always on the lookout for your chappal as the vaccum will push this to the corners or wall as the bump mechanism or lidar cannot detect the item. I got over this by re arranging the house little bit and placing virtual walls wherever I don't want the vaccum to go. 4. The so called hair detangling technology in the SES version simply won't work, everytime you will have to go through the pain of manually detangling the brush. So do not order the SES version simply for this, it just don't work. Pros. 1. In the cleaning department the vaccum is very impressive, you simply don't believe how much dirt built in your house, underneath furnitures, in the corners and all once the dust box is opened. 2. For those having pets live in your home I would recommend this as the amount of pet hair picked by this simply impressive, you never believe the results. 3. For vaccuming the carpets I recommend this and it has got auto boost whenever the robot detects a carpet which is really good. Overall a good value for money purchase with replacement accessory issues for future.

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE: No Support After 120 Days ⚠️* I loved this product for 6 months — it delivered amazing results. Then the wheel module failed. Amazon’s response? “After 120 days, contact the manufacturer directly.” Manufacturer’s response? ₹3,700+ repair quote for a defect that appeared in just 6 months, on a product that cost double that. No service center in my state capital or anywhere nearby. So I’m stuck with an expensive paperweight and a repair bill that’s 50% of the purchase price. If you’re a tech enthusiast considering this: Factor in ZERO post-120-day support and no local service. A 6-month lifespan for a premium product is unacceptable. Company: This failed under normal use, well within the implied warranty period for electronics. I expect a free repair/replacement under warranty, not a quote to buy it again. Please escalate this to someone who can actually resolve it.

I bought the product on 21 november and took it with me to Lebanon as a gift. Opened it today, surprisingly, there is a dust inside it and look like it is used already and there no brush cleaning inside. It was embarrassing, tooking it as a gift.

1700ft of mostly smooth surfaces, 20% carpets, cleaning it all wonderfully. About to add the second floor. :) Only had it for a short time, so far this is awesome! Its not great at getting into tight corners, but it also gets into places we missed vacuuming regularly like under beds, under dressers, etc. makes up for a few missed corners. I see this taking the bulk of floor cleaning off our hands. It doesn't like a really thick rug, alpaca type fibers but not many vacuums do. Hair removal feature is nice, i did have to clear the brush manually once. I was going to go with a cheaper model, got this on sale and very happy to have spent the extra. Mop feature is nice for in between larger cleaning. Swiffer like cleaning is what I would compare to. Vacuums at the same time as mopping.

Eufy, our new robots name in our house, is wonderful. Why? To find out Read on..... this is genuine review from a guy who hardly writes reviews..... Worked out the box by following the very simple easy to read ‘quick guide’ ..... in essence you plug in the base station against a wall in a clear space , take out two foam packing plugs, remove the sticker over the on/off switch, put batteries in the remote and off he goes. Eufy needs 2m straight ahead of him, and 1m to the side of the base station. But I can only get 1m on one side and about 500mm on the other with 2m in front and he finds his way back to bed without any problem. The guidance system works well and all Modes seem sensible and work well, as does the WiFi, phone App, and remote. All basically plug and play and I am 53 yr old techphobe. It was easy, and done in a few mins, and he was cleaning our floor. The collection box needs to be emptied regularly, for us this is every day with three teenagers, three cats two dogs and a lively outdoor life. Teenagers and dogs soon ignored our new robot, but our cats are still wary and staying out of its way. Suction and cleaning power. We swept the floor just before Eufy arrived, and he came three weeks early, so we did not have a dirty floor..... he effectively was tried out on a visually clean floor.... how wrong we were. If I knew how to add a photo you would be amazed as were we. The volume of dog and cat hair and fine dust was amazing after just the fun of trying out the different functions. After the 1am full clean the collection box was FULL! Even after a sweep and 30mins clean while testing Eufy out. The edge function is good, as are all the functions. On standard setting Eufy is quiet, really quiet, not as noisy as our dishwasher and much quieter than our washing machine. The noise does not really change when put on the middle vacuum setting; on the Max setting noise is about same as our new Shark vacuum, which is quiet for a vacuum..... it is quiet. Do not leave this review thinking of the single problem I found this morning. I set Eufy off on the 30min quick clean setting while I made coffee, just to see how much more dirt he could find. He didn’t appear for a while, so I looked behind our kitchen counter and he was stuck (Mating) on our bar stool, which has a wide sloping base and single post holding the seat. It seems if he comes at the post straight on he can’t get away, just keeps bumping into the post at top of wide ramped base. If he clips the base he just powers on over (as he does with edges of the rug, door strip etc.... Eufy takes the rough with the smooth no problem). With ALL other furniture, even the sleeping dog, Eufy just finds a way around. I have not used the customer support yet but If they are as good as Eufy is they will be great. If you are looking for a RoboVac, this one works out if the box and you don’t need a computer degree to get him off and sucking!!! Graeme and Sam Update - a couple of weeks in, and Eufy has just become part of our life. Floors are clean, just clean all the time. Even the large rug by the back door that used to be covered in god hair at end of each day, and hard to clean. Now it’s just clean. The lack of dog and cat hair on the floor means SO much less on our cloths. We get about half a box of hair and dirt each morning now, and floor is clean clean clean. I put chairs up before bed so Eufy has a more clear run, but if I forget, it’s still clean in the morning. This robo-vac simply works as it says straight out of the box. If you want one get this one. This robot vacuum is awesome. Granted I don't have experience with any other robot vacuums, but for $300 I will never have to clean under my bed ever again aside from the odd job getting at little areas where it can't. But no more dust bunnies under the bed, no more making myself vacuum when I get home from a long day at work or letting the house get out of control because I don't have the time. Also, my dog who is afraid of the regular vacuum doesn't care about the robot vacuum so it reduces stress for him as well. I can't speak to longevity because I've only had it for less than a week but it does a great job!

Set up is straightforward once you clear the floor and allow the machine to map the space. User interface is not instinctive, takes a bit of figuring out, but is fine once you get used to it. The vacuum suction power is great. The mop could do with being a bit wetter, even on max setting. It helps to soak the mop head first before setting it off.
