Love these for a easy-to-make lunch with soft tacos and salsa

Mexican rice and refried beans to the burrito. The Sloopy joe beef didn't have much flavor and was runny. So, I'll order the taco beef again, but not the sloppy joe meat.

Bought it because I was housebound and having a hard time finding a way to have fresh ground beef shipped to my rural home. it's edible but barely. good value for the money I guess, if you have no other options for ground beef. might be passable if you're just adding it as a small part of a dish and it's not a main part of it. like maybe adding a bit into a chili or something like that. the expiration date was years away from when I purchased it, so might also be good for an emergency food stash if you're a prepper type. just a bit too close to dog food texture and look for my liking.

Unlike their tuna this product was not recognizable as meat. The pouch has a paste in it that looks like dog or cat food more than anything. There is a beef flavor in it and some tiny bits that my tongue thought could be beef but then there were other bits that felt more like fine sawdust. Flavor wise it wasn't bad but probably under one ounce was actual beef, which isn't much for $2.50. I gave it one star for the value of the food you get for the price. I honestly can't see anyone who ate this actually ordering it a second time.

There is very little product in these pouches. Mostly sauce. Flavor is great. Just sell them as chili sauce, because that's what you get. Don't buy
