Good enough furniture for the price and a lovely addition to our garden. It got a lot of use during the hot Summer.A little fiddly to assemble but that's my fault for not knowing about the Dr Who screwdriver which comes with the kit until someone helped me assemble the table. I had built all the chairs and stools myself with the Allen key. Like a twit. But it all looks very smart and is comfortable. We weren't convinced by the robustness of the parasol, however. All I need now is a cover so I can Winterise it.

Over the moon with this product. Arrived very quickly and quality is excellent. I’m not the most handy person in the world,but instructions were clear and I managed to build the furniture all by myself (well done me)This is not why I wanted to place a review however, after a week the parasol that came with the furniture would only wind down halfway then would start going back up. I contacted the seller and they provided me with some tips on how to try and fix it. These didn’t work and when I contacted the seller again to inform them of this they promptly dispatched a new Parasol for me!Thanks so much

I have emailed you directly and I will also be informing Amazon, to the lack of customer service skills you have provided us.My review will be very detailed.Upon delivery of this furniture we had no instructions. I emailed the company straight away and was very impressed at first .Later that same evening they had sent me a PDF version to my email address.So the very next day we started to erect the furniture... to find we hadNo Allen key, No ratchet, No 20mm screws and no plastic protectors for the glass table top.So emailed again, to receive a reply the next morning telling me they'd send them out on a 24hr delivery.. giving that this was a Sunday thought I may have got them Tuesday.. NOPE!Thursday ... 6th day after deliveryReceived so called missing pieces...still incomplete... we were promised 18 plastic protectors for the glass on the table, we have received 11 still no m 20mm screws , so another day we still cannot put the glass on top of the table ..I paid for a brand new furniture set, to receive what I can only imagine was a returned item.. hence no instructions and only half of the fixtures.. we also have seen spots of grey paint all over it.. which we have washed off ourselves..We have erected the chairs with the screws we have , for the holes not to line up.. so my husband has struggled to assemble them..I would seriously consider using AGTC Ltd as we have found them to be very unhelpful and totally inadequate. The furniture looks good but be warned the assemble of it is a lot of hard work.. the holes to not line up and my husband has nearly damaged the rattan while trying to put it together.. so very disappointed and very upsetting. A lot of money for a lot of hassleBe warned emails also get ignored.We had our delivery on Friday 9th June and it's now Thursday 15th June and we still cannot eat or seat in our garden.

I love this table and is absolutely perfect for BBQs but one of the glasspanels fell through and smashed so I asked to purchase a new part. After near 2 andhalf months and 40 emails they still cant supply it. Keep fobbing me off with the shipment didn't arriveand i have escalated this matter to my manager. heard this too many times. terrible. if i knew i would neverof purchased the table. Easy to buy full table and chairs but terrible at replacements. Still waiting!!!! (summer nearly over!!!!!!!)

A little disappointed for the price I paid to be honest. It arrived a week ahead of when I'd been told, and as it is large it was lucky my neighbours were able to let them in to the garden. A bit fiddly to put together, and couldn't find the instructions in the boxes - it could do with being labelled as to which ones they are in. The glass top is already showing tiny scratches underneath despite following the instructions about the rubber feet - I fear it won't take much use before it starts to look grotty. Chair backs tend to fall down when the kids sit on them as they aren't strong - I am concerned that the 'hinges' are very flimsy. We'll see.

nice but the badges on the stools were damaged and fell off ,but other than that a good product .

Excellent Outdoor furnitureThis is easy to assemble, however, be aware there is a lot of assembly as everything is flat pack.

I never usually write reviews, but for the money, this set is just outstanding. Assembly was easy, all holes lined up where they should be, and the packaging was very thorough so nothing arrived damaged. I could have paid 3 times the amount and still be just as pleased. Great product thanks
