I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo because I was at my wit's end. Three months ago, after a trip to the hair salon, I developed a scalp issue from the Colourist constantly rubbing the back of my head with her thumb, checking whether or not the dye was dry. It set off a contact dermatitis situation, which became more & more red & flaky and itchy the more I scratched at it. Then, it became inflamed and weepy. Horrible. I used all sorts of creams, E45, T-gel, Vosene, and even Dettol. I bought this shampoo after reading the reviews and because it said words like Seborrheic Dermatitis & Folliculitis, which I had been reading up on. I washed my hair every day for a week, and it felt great. After just the second wash, I could feel relief from the itching. It's now 2 weeks later, and my problem has gone - all cleared up. It's a lovely conditioner for my long hair & leaves it detangled. It smells fab. It's a little pricey if you think of it just as a conditioner, but it's well worth the money if you see it more like a medical treatment.

Gosh this product is the most expensive shampoo ive ever bought but I had a rash on my head and it really helped and left my hair in amazing shape , it really was worth spending all that money. My hair has never felt so soft and nourished. I have dry thick and long curly hair and not its all that and more. Very happy.

For a very long time, I have struggled with an extremely dry and itchy scalp. The problem tends to come and go, but when it flares up, it becomes unbearably itchy, causes embarrassing flaking, and gets so bad that I stop wearing dark-coloured tops altogether. I have spent ages searching for a product that could help ease my discomfort. I have tried the well-known brands available in most supermarkets, as well as pharmacy brands, but none of them seemed quite right. After researching what was available, buying many products, and reading the reviews here, I decided to give this conditioner a try. Admittedly, it is rather expensive, but if you suffer from eczema and a very dry scalp as I do, you’re willing to try almost anything. Thankfully, the product is very easy to use – simply apply it as you would your usual conditioner. I found that within just two uses, my symptoms were greatly reduced. After three uses, my scalp felt much better. However, whenever I switch back to my normal haircare routine, the symptoms return. Therefore, I'll be using this going forward. I am pleased I've found a product that helps. I will say though that I haven't found it ideal for my colour-treated hair, so that's been a compromise for me.

Seems to be doing the trick, so far so good. No problem with itchy scalp or dandruff.

I honestly had got to the end of my tether with scalp problems . Itchy , flaky , sore and to the point I was asking GP for help. My scalp had got to the point where I was embarrassed to go to the hairdressers. GP suggested going to Pharmacy but I couldn’t get there so resorted to Amazon. I’ve used this 3 times so far and can honestly say it has made a world of difference. Scalp feels so much better - not completely clear but so much better and I’m sure with another couple of uses it will be clear . I’m so happy and I think I will use this shampoo as a permanent treatment. It smells fine , feels fine and has done the job in hand . Believe me I have wasted £££’s on all sorts of anti dandruff shampoos and they haven’t cured - and sometimes worsened the condition. Try this I’m sure you will agree ! 🙏🏻

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few months now, since my preferred medicated shampoo for Seborrheic Dermatitis has been unavailable in the UK. It has definitely kept my symptoms at bay as long as I wash every 3 days at least - any longer and the symptoms return swiftly. It smells fresh and the menthol really provides instant soothing for soreness and itching, without the pain and stinging that can often come with harsher products like Nizoral. It’s a good sized bottle and lasts a good couple of months washing more than once a week, which I think is pretty good value. It leaves my hair feeling soft and very clean, but I can feel that it strips all of the oils from my hair (a common feeling when a shampoo contains sulphates). This may not be a problem for some, but I definitely prefer my products cleaner/with a shorter ingredient list, but it’s very difficult to find them on the market! Overall, it’s a clear contender if you suffer with dermatitis and other issues with redness/itching or flaking, and it has definitely helped keep my symptoms under control.

This product is a game changer. I’ve been experiencing flaky scalp issue which made me feel uncomfortable and insecure for the past 2 years. After I purchased this shampoo,I used it two times a week unfortunately it didn’t make any difference at first because my scalp was still as flaky as before, then I decided to use it four times a week and that was when I noticed a very significant improvement after two weeks of use. Now I’ve switched back to using it two times a week and it has been working wonders.

Produit de bonne qualité avec une bonne odeur légèrement mentholé. Dès la première utilisation, une nette amélioration est déjà perceptible. Après un mois d’utilisation, les résultats sont plus que satisfaisants : disparition des démangeaisons, du cuir chevelu rouge et irrité, plus aucune douleur plus aucune croûte. Mes cheveux sont désormais soyeux et en pleine santé. Utilisé en combinaison avec l’après-shampoing de la même marque, le résultat est encore meilleur. Seule point négatif un prix légèrement élevé.

Après l achat du shampoing qui est exceptionnel, je me suis laissée tenter par cet après-hampooing. Mais je ne le trouve pas aussi fantastique. En tout cas, je n'ai pas trouvé de différence à mes cheveux après application.

I don't have a positive review on this product because the first time i used it i developed a pyriosies on my head in the front of my head that was disturbing at first I thought it wasn't the product but the second washing a hour later I had another one on the back of my head not sure if it was the shampoo or the conditioner then I experienced a flaking of skin from my scalp on my face & then a acne on my cheeks still hasn't cleared up this product has caused me more issues then I had before I tried it out I do understand it may have worked for others everyone reacts differently to products & stuff but this didn't work for me I have sensitive skin to begin with but this made my skin on my face twice as sensitive & I am upset about the breakout I never had on my face that I have to try another product to fix that issue from trying this product has cost me physically

I was pleasantly surprised! I also bought the shampoo, and the first time in using it I had no itch that day and continue to shampoo and condition the next three days and I’m healing up already. One day after I was still a little itchy so I took some of the conditioner and I rubbed it in those areas. Let it sit for five minutes then I took a damp face cloth and wiped it off and I felt better. I highly recommend this product!
